Maybe it's just me but people get off scott free all the time and the ONLY reason people act differently about this case is it made the national media. Also it doesn't matter if it was a murder, rape, drug trafficking, what have you a crime is a crime and it's kind of sad people only care either when it affects them directly or it hits the national news. Yeah, nobody actually cares that a girl was murdered by her mother, who simply didn't want her. It's just because it's on TV that people care. Not because of what happened at all. Because that would be stupid. The fact that she is getting off scott-free absolutely makes me sick. She's a baby killer. Anybody that says she's not is just being that douchey contrarian that wants to look cool on the internet. "OMG teh prosecution was so bad!11" pisses me off. Talk about missing the point. |

I apologize for arriving late to this party, but why is everybody so angry and appalled? According to the court, there was no evidence against her. So how is anybody to say she killed her daughter, we didn't witness the murder first hand. Remember, innocent until proven guilty.

Because people are idiots & don't look at the obvious facts, or know how the system works. All this case has made me realize is people are, 1. Stupid. 2. Gullible, and will believe what everyone else believes (instead of looking at things for themselves.) 3. So lost currently in the world. (this stuff happens every. single. day. The only difference between this and others is that this was thrown into the world's face on national TV & like fish, we swim to the food and eat, eat, eat.) What I mean by the fish eating is, like fish do, swim around not caring about a thing until you drop fish food into the tank, they swim straight towards it and eat it up quicker than its dropped. We walk around not thinking at all about situations like this, until it's thrown into our faces and made into a huge scene then we turn into nosey people, watch other people's drama, and eat it up. Probably dumb, but I thought it sounded good.  |

I think it's rather pathetic that people are so brainwashed by the media. Just because Nancy Grace says she's guilty, doesn't mean she's guilty. Guess what? She is not guilty.

I think her parents did it and Casey knew but didn't want to rat them out as then she would lose both her mom and daughter.
She knew who did it but i don't think she was directly linked. Parents were def. involved.

If I was facing death in a trial for something I didn't do, and I heard those words "Not Guilty" it would feel like the biggest weight off my shoulders, and yeah, I'd breathe a sigh of relief, and if it looked like I was smiling because I started crying out of happiness, then so be it. Accuse me of smiling when the verdict when in my favor. When people say she was smiling, it's not like she f*cking started cracking up and pointing at everyone and saying "I told you so." I hate that people are looking at a smile on her face, disregarding the tears in her eyes and are acting like she was saying I told you so. For the record, she's beautiful. And I'd be like the guy that was in the crowd outside the courtroom that had a sign asking for her hand in marriage. I probably would do the same thing. |

Parents were def. involved. She chloroformed the kid so she could go out and party. She did it one too many times and the kid died. If she didn't want to rat out her parents, why did she accuse her dad of molesting her? She also accused her brother of it as well. |
