It's either gotta be the iPod or Facebook.
I'm going with Facebook.

Youtube. There's a reason it won a Nobel Prize. It's completely revolutionized the way people can advertise themselves or just simply make art by any definition of the word.
In the last of music, it's also filled the void that MTV left when it decided to become the Reality TV network it currently is. Other than that, I'd honestly say Twitter over Facebook, just because so many more people use it to advertise or just keep connected.

Has to be youtube. Though I can use facebook to voice my opinion and talk to people from school, I mostly use it to play games. I am much more likely to spend hours upon hours with youtube than I am with facebook.

I have to say Youtube.
Can't really say about something tangible though. Everything great today is just an improvement of what already existed before the year 2000.

Although I like YouTube more than the iPod, I have to go with the iPod. It really revolutionized the music industry (and kinda killed it)

Facebook iPod Youtube Twitter
500 million users swings it for Facebook, although the iPod was far more revolutionary.

I don't really see how a website is classed as an invention, I'd say it's probably the 3DS.

Easily Twitter. Historians will look back 100 years ago and things like Facebook and Youtube will have limited interest. Twitter is a daily snapshot of everything going on in the world every day. You can look back and see exactly how the common every day citizen reacted to events like Osama being killed or Obama being elected. You don't just have to rely on newspapers that are often biased.
