american murder: the family next door (2020)
very disturbing. also very very sad as it's all real and the event the movie focuses on is so monstrous that i wish it wasn't possible in humans. horrifying that it is.
assassin (2020)
this is a really crazy documentary. halfway through. focuses on the assassination of Kim Jong-nam and the bizarre details surrounding it.

Synchronic
It was one of my 2020 faves. Check it out if you love realistic sci-fi.

Enough. Jennifer Lopez trains Krav Maga to kill her abusive, stalker husband.

Money Plane
A heist movie with Edge, Kelsey Grammar, and the Lawrence brothers. It’s a decent bad movie.

come to daddy (2019)
this is such a strange movie that takes so many twists and turns that you have to just surrender to the warping plot that you have no idea where to it is going or what is next
fun one, and Elijah does good work here.

The Cowboys (1972).
Rancher Wil Andersen (John Wayne) is forced to hire inexperienced boys as cowhands in order to get his herd to market on time but the rough drive is full of dangers and a gang of cattle rustlers is trailing them.
Bruce Dern plays such a bastard in this film. I think he's the only man left in Hollywood who can say he beat up both Clint Eastwood & John Wayne.

I've seen a lotta John Wayne movies, and that's probably one of the campier ones. still a good fun cowboy movie. Big Jake is probably my favourite John Wayne cowboy movie. true grit, rooster and the lady, sons of Katie elder, stagecoach...great stuff! but my favourite overall John Wayne film is The Quiet Man.
