Last 2 movies I watched were: Pretty decent overall. Gruesome and bloody as the rest in the series. I enjoyed it for what it was.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
Wow, this one was leaps and bounds better than the first.. This is 100% a sequel that beat out it's predecessor, no question.. I absolutely hated the first movie, I can't stress that enough.. It's one of the most overrated, poorly directed films I've ever watched.
But 'Catching Fire' was SO much better.

Draft Day: Not worth the $1.50 rental fee...
Horns: One of the best movies of this year. Original and engaging. Daniel Radcliffe was great.
Brick Mansions: Worst movie I've seen this year. Nothing original or special. I don't think it would have gotten distribution if Walker hadn't died.

Also, I'm sad to report that Dumb and Dumber To was very disappointing. Funny moments for sure, but it lacks the magic that made the first so good.

The Robocop remake was on Netflix so I said I would give it a second chance. Aside from my desire to nail Abbie Cornish quadrupling? nothing changed.
Its lame as f*ck. I don't care that it wasn't as violent etc etc (it was never gonna be) but its still just endless talk with one or two cool scenes tacked on.
nah Its just not for me. I enjoyed Robocop's look for sure though.

Amazing Film. That's all there really is to say. The soundtrack made the movie even better. I had no idea what this movie was except for a quick little 1 sentence plot and knowing that the people who made (You're Next) did it. I thought it was going to be some horror movie but I was blown away by what I got instead. I would highly recommend it when you have the chance to watch a movie.
