Who the heck is "Big O"? Because if you mean Otunga, that contadicts the idea of no Nexus member joining.

The only way this could work for me... Ryder approaches the Punk-less Nexus and insults them, saying how they've "lost their image" and are not the threat they originally were. He offers to help get them in order, repackage them, and turn them into a serious threat. This results in Zack making them over into a bunch of "bros" because that's the toughest types of guys Zack knows from the bars across LI. Zack takes them tanning, gets them to spike their hair, etc etc (I'm a sucker for vignettes). This lasts MAYBE a month tops before they all slowly start to leave the group, realizing they just look like a bunch of morons and are better off on their own, causing angry Ryder to challenge McGuill/Otunga to a tag match. Bring in Hawkins as the tag partner, have them win, and get another tag team going in the tag lacking WWE.

I think that's terrible. Honestly, I enjoyed Ryder in ECW. But I could never buy him as leader of the Nexus. Speaking of which, the Nexus angle is for the most part dead, reincarnating it again is like beating a dead horse.
