-- There was an idea pitched at a creative meeting several weeks ago where someone suggested that they put Zack Ryder in a new faction alongside WWE Tag Team Champions David Otunga and Michael McGillicutty. This all depends on CM Punk's WWE future and whether or not they decide to kill off the Nexus once/if he leaves.

What are your thought/opinions on this. i would love the idea. Also does this mean Mason Ryan wont be in New Nexus anymore?

I dont see it working at all. Ryder is more of a "silly" guy where Nexus is more bullies. Either it would totally flop or Ryder wouldnt be taken serious at all and would eventually be back to Superstars

It would make more sense if Otunga and McGillicutty just became groupies of Ryder... and Nexus just ended.

I'd rather him turn heel. Get some acting classes or something. The only time I ever notice him is on YouTube and the way he speaks is in some weird tone-repetitive manor. He's obviously reading from something. I'd like him if everything about him wasn't a bad joke. He reminds me of the love-child of Chuck & Billy, ...who would grow up close to Jersey, and is billed from Long Island (which he actually is)... I find I dislike guys who seem like a spin off of past gimmicks. Ryder; headband reminds me Billy & Chuck, flashy looking attire and see through shirt reminds me of Billy & Chuck/Rico. ADR... Eddie Guerrero and John Bradshaw Layfields Stepson... Idk. I'm just weird I guess.

I just think it's another horrible dirtsheet speculation. it's like when Masters got a win on Raw in like February or March and then they said he was in line for a push after WM, what happened there?

Hawkins & Ryder w/ Big O as their body guard and Scott Stanford as their manager would be a lot better in my opinion

Maybe if they go again in a pro-smart mark direction and have Ryder be the guy leading the way into the new generation with his push having Internet roots and things like that; making it into a worked shoot somewhat, similar to Punk's promo but at the same time quite different.

I'm not seeing it. If they kill the comedic heel/face thing that Ryder has been doing for a while, I honestly don't know if i'd even enjoy him. That is unless he has groundbreaking heel promos like The Miz and CM Punk.
