Slappy and I have been talking about this in PM.
Anyway, I think it's good. I mean, it's do or die time for his Presidential campaign and his son has already taken the torch and ran with it in the legislative branch as a Senator.
What else is there for Ron Paul to do in Congress? For decades, he has been the voice of social liberty and economic conservatives and it is only now that the mainstream is finally catching on.
While his ideas were considered "crazy" in 2008, suddenly we have seen his fellow Republican nominees stand up and say, "Maybe he's right," including Tim Pawlenty and Michelle Bachmann.
Do I think the world is going to end of Ron Paul is not elected? No... But I don't see any way that any other candidate, including Mr. Obama, is going to stand up and attempt to fix the economic disaster that has been created particularly over the last decade.
If you do not care about politics, I urge you to learn about Ron Paul.
I was the same way a handful of years ago. I didn't care. I didn't think there was anything to do. I knew that our politicians were criminals, but I didn't think there was another choice. There is another choice. Ron Paul is the definition of TRUE "change."

Guy quitting his job to go after a job he has no chance of getting. USA! USA! USA! Ron Paul is intelligent with money. He could've retired YEARS ago. He does his job because he feels it's his duty, not because he's getting paid for it.

Honestly, even if his bid for President fails, which is likely, I think we will be more powerful in change than he would be if he stayed a senator.
