Whatever happened to the times when banter was more lively? I miss my one post barely anyone would acknowledge because stuff actually happened. Stuff involving Mark Henry and Meowth and the Dudebusters and Vance Archer and Paydirts.

Whatever happened to the times when banter was more lively? I miss my one post barely anyone would acknowledge because stuff actually happened. Stuff involving Mark Henry and Meowth and the Dudebusters and Vance Archer and Paydirts. The combination of fighting and unwanted guests killed the spirit of Banter as a whole. I was credited with doing my damnedest to revive the brand, sadly the same problems reared their ugly head. Meowth, that sucks. |

Banter attracts too much unwanted attention. The thing that makes Banter great is the great individuals that make up the group. We have our jokes and our history, and we don't usually take kindly to newcomers. Since Banter is pretty much a "club", and not a thread like its intended to be, it's hard to keep it going for so long. It just starts too many fights for whatever reason.

And yeah, the problem with Banter has always been two or three new guys move in and get the thread locked in a week. It's just the inevitable at this point. It's a shame I had Moar Cowbell almost finished, but the thread was locked and I've lost it after my last laptop died.

Oh shit, the Team Banter sig. I love that one. I remember I was taking a hiatus from Banter at the time (one too many locks, one too many new members), and I saw somebody with that sig and came running back to you guys. It even has my old name from when I actually watched WWE. So many memories....
I still miss the old "King of Pepsi" sig that somebody made for me. Had a bunch of the old Pepsi cans with crowns on them or what not. Sadly, I think it was deleted off photobucket and I forget the original artist. Probably Angus since he's responsible for my current signature and avatar.
