The Bell sounds as the Camera zooms in on JB and some cameras focus on the Briefcase, as well as the scaffold.
JB: Ladies and gentlemen your opening contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a 10 man Ariel Assault Scaffold match and the winner will go on to face Jason Cross and Jody Fleisch at American Shootout for the Ariel Assault Championship. You must grab the briefcase above to win, in the battle royal portion of the match, you must throw your opponent over the top rope and both of their feet must touch the floor to eliminate them. A new wrestler will enter every minute until all ten participants are in the ring. Once all ten participants have entered only then can you climb the scaffold and grab the briefcase. Introducing first, from Los Angeles California, weighing in at two hundred pounds, he is Super Dragon!
Dr. Octagon's "Earth People" plays as Super Dragon emerges from the curtains as he makes his way down to the ring. He climbs into the ring and waits as he takes off his signature Pro Wrestling Guerrilla jacket.
JB: And the second participant, from Thunder Bay Ontario Canada, weighing in at two hundred and twenty five pounds, he is Vampiro!
Scream by The Misfits plays through the speakers as the crowd roars in anticipation. He comes out and points at Dragon who just taunts him. Vampiro makes his way into the ring and from there the match begins.
Opening Contest: 10 Man Ariel Assault Gauntlet
The bell sounds as Dragon is already on the assault, he whips him from the north eastern corner, into the south western, as Vampiro comes out of the corner holding his back, Dragon throws him over head and points at the briefcase. He takes him into the north eastern corner, gives him a chop across the chest, and whips him into the south western corner. He charges at Vampiro looking for a clothesline but Vampiro steps out of the way and gives Dragon a combo of kicks and takes him down with a spinning wheel kick. He picks up Dragon, whips him off the western ropes, and once Dragon rebounds, Vampiro delivers a spinning leg lariat.
AS: Impressive kicks from Vampiro!
The clock has reached ten seconds and the fans begin to count down. Dragon and Vampiro begin trading right hands until Dragon gets the upper hand with a couple of elbows, followed by a Discuss Elbow. Dimmu Borgir's "Hybrid Stigmata" plays over the speakers and Delirious makes his way down to the ring.
JB: Introducing the third participant, from the edge of sanity, weighing in at one hundred and ninety four pounds, he is Delirious!
JL: Can not wait to see what Delirious is made of here.
Vampiro tries to eliminate Dragon but does not succeed. Delirious rushes into the ring and gives a couple of punches to Vampiro, attempts to whip him off the eastern ropes which Vampiro counters with a kick to the gut. Vampiro runs off the western ropes but Delirious trips him with a drop toe hold, gives a little bit of amateur wrestling to Vampiro followed by a drop kick to the side of the head.
JL: Great sequence by Delirious!
Delirious signals to hit a double pump-handle pile driver but Vampiro escapes, goes for a head kick but Delirious ducks, and Delirious follows with a clothesline. He goes to eliminate Vampiro, but Vampiro turns it around and tries to Eliminate Delirious. Delirious lands on the Apron, hops back in the ring and gives Vampiro a leaping lariat.
AS: Seems like Delirious is a fan of Lariats.
Delirious and Dragon set up for a double team move, they whip Vampiro off the eastern ropes, look for a double clothesline whip Vampiro ducks and follows up with a double clothesline of his own. Soon the audience hears "For a few seconds, this place was Armageddon. It was a fire fight!" This then goes to Marilyn Manson's cover of Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus"
JB: Introducing the fourth participant, from Milwaukee Wisconsin weighing in at two hundred and two pounds, he is Austin Aries!
JL: Al let me tell you, I heard alot of good things about this kid, I heard that he is one hell of an athlete.
AS: Really? Well me and head heard the story about him giving a fan a black eye. Since then we though other wise.
Aries takes his time stepping into the ring as Vampiro looks to eliminate Dragon once more. Aries steps into the right with an axe handle to the back of Vampiro. He whips him off the western ropes and once Vampiro rebounds, he sends Vampiro over head. He runs towards the western ropes, flies through the air with a no hands lionsault but lands to his feet as Vampiro gets up, Aries delivers a firm kick to the gut followed up by a sickening brain buster.
AS: You know Jerry after that brain buster I just witnessed. Me and head are having second thoughts.
Aries taunts the crowd as Delirious stomps away at Vampiro. Dragon holds Vampiro's arms behind his back as Aries and Delirious begin chopping away at the chest of Vampiro. The clock restarts as as Tears for Fears' "Break It Down Again" plays through the speakers and the fans cheer as the master of a thousand holds comes down to the ring.
JB: Introducing the fifth participant, from West Lawn Pennsylvania, weighing in at one hundred and ninety one pounds, he is the master of a thousand holds, Mike Quackenbush!
JL: This man certainly lives up to his name, he can bend bodies in ways you can't imagine.
As Quackenbush makes his way down to the ring, he climbs the top rope, when Delirious and Aries turn around Quackenbush gives them both a drop kick off the top rope. Quakenbush gets up and Dragon attacks him instantly. He whips him towards the south eastern corner, Quakenbush runs up the turnbuckles, side flips into the air onto Dragon and hits an arm drag.
AS: That was amazing!
Quakenbush goes to work on Delirious and Delirious whips Quakenbush into the south western corner. He charges at him and connects with a clotheline, Quakenbush is now sitting in the corner and Delirious charges at him with a knee to the face, the clock ticks to zero as "In It For Life" by The Casualties plays over the speakers.
JB: Introducing the sixth participant, from Chicago Illinois, weighing in at two hundred and twenty pounds, he is C.M. Punk!
JL: C.M. Punk is an incredibly gifted athlete, his signature maneuver The Pepsi Plunge, which is a top rope double under hook face buster is certainly a deadly move.
AS: He will also be taking on Johnny Candido in five days for the 2FW world championship.
Punk hits the ring, stands on the apron and gives Dragon a shoulder to the gut, followed by flying over the top rope with a DDT. He then dropkicks Delirious, then counters Aries' clothesline with a Hammerlock into a clothesline. He gets whipped off the ropes by Delirious, ducks Dragons clothesline, into what looks like a tilt-a-whirl move but Punk lands on his feet and has Dragon in an inverted hammerlock DDT position. Delirious charges with a lariat but Punk grabs a hold of it, and STO's Delirious while Inverted Hammerlock DDTing Dragon.
AS: What a move by C.M. Punk! That's why he is facing Johnny Candido at American Shootout for the title! Let's take a look at the replay!
As the replay plays Punk is back up, looks to hit the Go To Sleep on Dragon but Aries bounces off the western ropes and looks for a Yakuza Kick. Punk holds the foot as he spins him around, kicks him in the gut and sets him up for the Go To Sleep. Delirious bounces off the southern ropes and dropkicks Punk in the chest, causing Punk to Samoan Drop Aries. Delirious and Punk get up quick, Delirious gives a kick to the gut and attempts the Chemical Imbalance II. Punk Gets out of it, nails the Go To Sleep and tosses Delirious over the top rope.
JL: There Goes Delirious' chance.
AS: Siyonara Delirioso!
Suddenly Punk gets eliminated by Aries as the clock strikes zero, and Julio Dinero makes his way down to the ring. He attacks Punk on the way down to the ring and the referees have to separate them. Julio gets into the ring hitting everybody with Vertebrakers. He then attempts to eliminate Dragon and Vampiro looks to eliminate Aries. The clock strikes zero as Te Quiro Puta by Rammstein plays over the loud speakers causing the fans to get excited.
JB: Introducing the eighth participant, from Tijuana Mexico weighing in at one hundred and eighty five pounds, he is Essa Rios!
Rios charges down to the ring, once he's in, him and Julio Dinero start trading shots, Dinero goes for a spinning back fist, Essa lifts him up and drops him over the top rope and onto the outside. Quakenbush and Vampiro go for a double clothesline, Rios ducks and Pele kicks Vampiro then tosses Quakenbush over the top but he hangs on. Rios gives a dropkick to the back thus eliminating him. Him and Vampiro battle it out as the clock strikes zero and the crowd just erupts once they here "Turn It Up!"
JL: No way! This can't be true!
AS: Could it really be?
JL: It Is! Too Cool! Grandmaster Sexy and Scotty 2 Hotty! holy crap!
JL: Introducing the ninth and tenth participants, they are the team of Scotty 2 Hotty and Grandmaster Sexy, Too Cool!
Scotty and Grandmaster instantly climb the scaffold as soon as they hit the ring. Essa climbs after Scotty and throws him down to the mat, Vampiro then climbs after Rios and drive him down to the mat. Grandmaster is also pulled down by Aries. Dragon climbs the scaffold and begins to monkey bar his way towards the center, Grandmaster grabs a hold of Dragons foot and pulls him down. AS all the other wrestlers brawl with one another, Grandmaster climbs the scaffold, as do Vampiro and Dragon, then Scotty climbs up the scaffold as they all monkey bar towards the center. Dragon gets kicked off as does Scotty, while Aries and Rios pull down Grandmaster and Vampiro. Once every one is up, everyone takes down each other with Yakuza Kicks, clotheslines, and some signature maneuvers until Dragon is the only one standing. Dragon climbs the scaffold and monkey bars his way to the middle. Vampiro goes after him and attempts to kick him off but falls, Dragon is now hanging upside down as Grandmaster Flies off one of the scaffolds drop kicks Dragon and ends up stunnering him once they hit the mat.
AS: Holy Crap! That was out of this world! Me and Head have seen everything now!
JL: We need a replay! Holy Hell that was incredible!
Aries and Scotty battle while Grandmaster, Dragon and every one else are down. Aries goes to the top rope in the north western corner and knocks the wind out of himself and Scotty as both hit the ring. Grandmaster is somehow able to stand as him and Rios climb the scaffold only on opposite sides. They climb all the way to the top of the scaffold and Grandmaster looks to capture the briefcase but Rios pulls him up and the two begin to brawl. Rios gives some stiff elbows followed by an enziguri, sending Grandmaster to the ring below. Rios looks down as everyone except for Grandmaster stand up and look at him.
JL: Grab the briefcase Essa! Grab the briefcase! You Got this, oh don't tell me.
AS: No Essa don't do it. You have too much to live for.
JL: Grab the briefcase kid!
Rios turns around as Asai moonsaults off the scaffold onto everyone knocking them down like dominoes as the crowd chants "2FW!"
AS: Jesus! F**king! Christ!
JL: A twenty foot Moonsault onto all the participants below! My god, that was insane!
Rios crawls to the outside, as Aries and Vampiro make their ways to the scaffold. They slowly scale up the opposite sides and slowly make their way to the middle. Aries and Vampiro trade kicks but Vampiro wraps his legs around the waist of Aries and Guillotine choke DDT's him straight down into the ring. On the outside, Rios slowly makes his way up the scaffold, towards the middle, pulls the briefcase off with his feet and goes on to join Cross and Fleisch at American Shootout.
Winner: Essa Rios
JL: Good for him! He deserves it!
AS: The underdog Essa Rios is slowly but surely making a name for himself not only in 2FW but in the wrestling world in general! One day this kid will become a world champion!
Cameras cut backstage where Joey Styles is interviewing Johnny Candido
JS: Johnny Candido, younger brother of Chris Candido what is your plan when you're taking on an athlete like Takeshi Morishima tonight?
JC: You see Joey, I am insanly lucky that my title is not on the line tonight, and if it was I would be screwed. Let's face it Takeshi has faced the great Mitsuharu Misawa, and KENTA, but I'm neither one of those guys. I could wrestle like them if I tried hard enough but then I would be multi-time 2FW world champion. Just remember Joey, just to beat a man in the ring, and to be a man, there are No Gimmicks Needed.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
We come back and Raven is sitting in a dark corner with the crowd cheering once he appears on screen.
Raven: I have worked too hard, for too long. You see, I wasn't given much credit in WCW, TNA, or the WWE. I wasn't given the respect that I desperately sought for. You see Gary Wolfe, I am a man of my word and I will do whatever it takes to get that title back into my arms again, then I will do whatever it takes to climb up the ranks in 2FW till I finally capture that 2FW world championship. I am a broken man who wants nothing to do but enhance his legacy by capturing titles and creating a bigger name for myself. If I can't beat Gary Wolfe in my own creation of the Clockwork Orange House of Fun, then I will have to create something more dangerous. If I can not beat you tonight Gary Wolfe than I will face you in five days in an Abandonment Death Match, so it has been said, and so shall it come to pass, Quote the Raven, Nevermore.
Cameras cut back to the arena where Bury Me In Smoke by Down plays as the tag team champions the perfect ones come out.
JB: Ladies and gentlemen this contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a tag team match. Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Erik Watts at a combined weight of six hundred and two pounds, they are the team of Shawn Stasiak and Paul E. Normus, they are the 2FW tag team champions, they are The Perfect Ones!
The crowd boos as they come down the ramp and go into the ring and remove their robes. Shock by Fear Factory plays through the speakers as Paul Heyman comes out through the curtain and onto the stage.
PH: Perfect Ones, I told you I was gonna have a team for you guys, It's not Balls Mahoney and Axl Rotten, It's not the bad breed, it's known of those well known ECW Teams. How every, this is a team from ECW, They're not that well known, but I see full potential in both of them even though they came in ECW pretty late. Say hello to the team of Joey Mathews and Christian York!
Bury Your Dead by The Haunted blasts over the speakers as Joey Mathews and Christian York come out of the curtain.
PH: And just to make this even more interesting, Your tag team titles are on the line, and Erik Watts is banned from ringside!
Tag Team Championship: The Perfect Ones(C) vs Joey Mathews & Christian York
The Perfect Ones begin to argue with one another as Erik Watts makes his way back to the locker room.
JL: I heard that these guys are a phenomenal team Al.
AS: Got that right Jerry, they did work in ECW, Maryland Championship Wrestling, 3PW which had York doing mostly singles action and Joey went on to form MNM in the WWE.
The bell sounds as Stasiak and Normus attack York and Matthews, Normus tosses York out of the ring as they whip Matthews off the western ropes, catch him on the rebound in a military press slam dropping Matthews face first into the canvas. They attempt to whip Matthews off the western ropes again, but Stasiak gets pulled out of the ring by York and whipped into the steel guard rail, while Matthews and Normus trade right hands in the ring. York comes back in as Matthews whips Normus off the eastern ropes. They look for a double arm drag but catch Normus, raise him up in the air and drop him down with a double team power bomb/
JL: Great tag team maneuver! They call that double team power bomb the future shock! Outstanding team work!
Stasiak comes in the ring and is met with a double suplex by Matthews and York. Stasiak is on all fours and is met with a dropkick to the side of the head by York and a leg drop by Matthews. York goes to work on Stasiak in the north eastern corner, whips him across the ring, and is Tossed onto the apron. Normus than runs up and gives a vicious big boot to York, causing him to fall on the outside while York and Normus brawl, Matthews argues with the ref. Stasiak then tags in Normus who gives a vicious Pile driver, goes for the cover but is only a two count. He stomps away at York and tags in Stasiak, from there the two perform a double heel trip on York, Stasiak goes for the pin but only a two. Stasiak goes for a scoop slam but York gets out, goes into a waist lock, which is countered with Stasiak hitting a perfect northern lights suplex. He then picks up York into a suplex position and drops him between the legs. He then tags in Normus who climbs the turnbuckles, flies through the air but York moves out of the way as Normus collides with Stasiak.
As: York moved out of the way just in time there.
York goes behind Normus and gives a back body drop as Matthews pounds on the turnbuckle waiting to be tagged in. York tags in Matthews and puts down Stasiak with a right hand, then gives Normus a kick to the gut, the tosses Stasiak into the air, giving him a kick to the groin. Matthews dodges the clothesline from Normus and gives a hangman's neck breaker and clotheslines Stasiak over the ropes and onto the outside. Then tosses Normus out and dives between the top and middle rope hitting Normus, followed by a couple of right hands. York than gives a springboard plancha landing on both Normus and Stasiak. York tosses Normus back into the ring, puts him in the south eastern corner and stands on the second rope as he proceeds to do the ten punches. As soon as he gets to five however, Normus sits him up on the top turnbuckle, York kicks him away but Normus pushes the ref into the eastern ropes causing York to lose his balance. Matthews comes to the aid of York but is met with a jaw breaker by Normus, followed by Stasiak giving a fisherman suplex with bridge, also known as The Perfect Plex but Matthews gets out on two.
JL: Stasiak got his finisher early but just couldn't put Matthews away.
Stasiak and Normus go after York who still sits on the top rope, but Matthews slips the rope on Normus and low blows Stasiak, York then flips over Stasiak and power bombs him into the canvas while Matthews hurricanrana's Normus off the same corner, and York flies through the air, landing on Normus with a double knee stomp to the chest. York goes for the pin and gets the three count ending the Perfect Ones' undefeated streak.
Winners: Joey Matthews & Christian York
AS: Holy Hell! History is being made tonight! It all started with Essa Rios getting a title shot he truly deserves and now the most under rated yet talented tag team finally captured the tag team titles!
JL: Agreed Al! History is most certainly being made, all though Joey Matthews and Christian York have to defend their titles this Saturday regardless to the fact that they just won them, rules are rules.
AS: Still to come folks Raven takes on Gary Wolfe in a Clockwork Orange House of Fun match, as well as Jason Cross taking in Jody Fleisch.
JL: Don't forget D-Lo Brown going one on one with Johnny Candido, as well as Necro Butcher getting his revenge on Sabu.
Meanwhile in the ring, Matthews and York leave with the tag belts as Normus just looks at Stasiak. Stasiak then tries talking sense with him but Normus just gives a kick to the gut and Delivers his signature pump handle emerald flowsion, The Normus Bomb. He soon grabs a microphone.
Normus: Stasiak! I am tired of your crap, I am tired of always having to protect your ass, I am tired of being a lackey for you and your bitch Erik Watts! I want you one on one at American Shootout, loser leaves town, loser leaves 2FW!
Camera cuts backstage where Johnny Albright is watching the show on a monitor, being surprised at Normus no longer needing Stasiak. Soon a knock is heard coming from the door.
JA: Yeah come in.
Joey Matthews and Christian York barge into the office of Johnny Albright.
JM: Look John, we finally ended their streak, and now we go home with the gold.
JA: Yeah, the only downside is that you guys have to defend it Saturday at American Shootout regardless if you just won them or not.
CY: What the-!?
JA: You see guys, if you couldn't beat what was once the Perfect Ones tonight, American Shootout was gonna have a Four Way Tag Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match which you we're gonna be involved in, as well as the Backseat Boys and the SAT. Now I don't wanna disappoint my fans cause that match is still on, only the Perfect Ones, are replaced with these guys.
Jay and Mark Briscoe walk into the office and stare at the belts that Joey Matthews and Christian York hold on their shoulders.
JA: Good luck at American Shootout Fellas.
Cameras go back to the arena where "Guys Like You Make Us Look Bad" by Bless The Fall plays through the speakers and the crowd gets riled up.
JB: Ladies and gentlemen this next contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a Ariel Assault Showdown, Introducing first, from London England weighing in at one hundred and fifty four pounds, he is the Phoenix Jody Fleisch!
Jody walks out from the curtain and onto the stage, he walks down the ramp giving fans their high fives as he rolls into the ring.
JB: And his opponent, from Gainesville Georgia weighing in at one hundred and nintey five pounds, he is the Current 2FW Ariel Assault Champion, he is Jason Cross!
Jason comes onto the stage as the crowd cheers him on more than they did Jody. Cross makes it to the ring and takes off his jacket, as well as his title.
One on One: Jason Cross vs Jody Fleisch
Match begins with a collar and elbow tie up, Cross pushes Fleisch down to the ground and runs off the eastern ropes hoping over Fleisch. On the rebound, Fleisch goes for a monkey flip but cross rolls him over, he goes to whip Fleisch but Fleisch whips Cross into the western ropes, goes for a head kick but cross ducks. Cross rebounds, springboard moonsaults off the western ropes, Fleisch moves and goes to sweep the legs out from Cross but Cross jumps out of the way and the pinning sequence begins as neither of them get not even a one count, as both of them come up to a stand off.
JL: Al, by the looks of it, we're going to have one hell of a match at American Shootout.
AS: -Drools in amazement-
JL: Guess I'm going solo on this one.
Cross goes for a test of strength on Fleisch, as the two instantly get into a pinning and move counter sequence. This quickly turns into Cross grabbing a hold of Fleisch's hand, runs up the ropes in the south eastern corner, bounces repeatedly on the top rope, jumps sideways onto the scaffold and corkscrewing off with an arm drag. Fleisch is back up as Cross gives an arm drag, than Fleisch gives and arm drag of his own and the two are at a stand off again. The crowd is split in half, one side cheering for Fleisch and the other cheering for Cross.
AS: This crowd is split in half here Jerry listen to them.
Crowd: Lets go Jody! Lets Go Jason! Lets Go Jody! Lets go Jason!
The two once again go for a collar and elbow tie up, Fleisch gets advantage with the side headlock and takes Cross over. Cross gets out and goes off the eastern ropes, Fleisch gives a drop toe hold and quickly hops over the eastern ropes. Cross gets back up as Jody springboard off the top and hits cross in the back with a dropkick, sending him flying out of the other side of the ring. Fleisch waits for cross to get up as he holds onto the top of the western ropes, once Cross is up, Jody springboards onto the top and flies through the air with a shooting star press landing on Cross. The two start to brawl on the outside, Whipping each other into the steel guardrails. Cross whips Fleisch into the scaffold, Fleisch moonsaults off, his feet connecting with Cross's shoulders, and Fleisch pulls him into the scaffold. Fleisch is up and taunts to get the crowd going, he cartwheels, back handsprings and goes for an elbow but Cross moves out of the way. Cross runs at Fleisch but Fleisch moves as Cross jumps onto the scaffold, scales about four or five rungs, and jumps onto Fleisch's shoulders connecting with a hurricanrana.
JL: This is unbelievable! These two are absolutely nuts!
Cross rolls Fleisch back into the ring, whips him off the northern ropes but Fleisch gives a kick to the gut, signals for a flipping Pile driver, but cross picks him up and gives a Celtic Cross. He goes for the pin but it's only a two. He picks up Fleisch and gives a painful looking brain buster, he looks to hit the shooting star leg drop early as he climbs the turnbuckles, Fleisch gets up and kicks Cross in the side of the head. Fleisch sets up for a superplex and thats what he does, the two high fliers are down as the crowd cheers for either one to get up, Fleisch is the first to get up and stand on the apron, he watches Cross get up as he hits his signature seven twenty DDT, he quickly goes for the pin but its only a two, as Fleisch pounds his fists on the mat. Fleisch awaits as Cross gets up, Fleisch goes for a head kick but Cross ducks as he wraps his arms and Fleisch's waist and tosses him with a German Supelx. He holds on to the waist as he proceeds to do three more of them. He then pulls Fleisch's body towards the center of the ring and climbs the scaffold, he climbs near the top, around fifteen feet, and flies through the air with his signature shooting star leg drop. He goes for the pin but It's only a two. The crowd roars as some fans chant "That was three! that was three! that was three!" Essa Rios in plain clothes comes down to the ring and argues with Cross.
AS: What the hell is Essa Rios doing out here?
JL: Looks like he's causing trouble with not only the referee but Jason Cross himself.
During this time Fleisch awaits for Cross to turn around to hit another seven twenty DDT, Cross turns around and Fleisch is only able to get the seven twenty rotation as Cross counters with a northern lights suplex with bridge, he only gets a two as he is very easily frustrated. He climbs the other side of the scaffold looking to hit another shooting star leg drop off the scaffold. Fleisch climbs after him as the two begin to brawl on the scaffold, Fleisch rams Cross's head into the steel and Cross falls all the way to the mat. Fleisch turns his body around and nails a fifteen foot Phoenix splash, but yet again another two count.
AS: What the hell does Jody Fleisch have to do, to put the Ariel Assault Champion away here!?
It looks like Fleisch heard Al and gets an Idea. He goes on the apron and hits a Shooting star flipping pile driver and the crowd explodes in amazement as Fleisch finally gets the victory.
Winner: Jody Fleisch
JL: How was that even possible!? My god that was sickening! lets look at some replays!
Replays show the dives off the scaffold, signature maneuvers and finally the finish.
AS: Let's see if Jody Fleisch, can capture the gold this Saturday.
JL: Agreed Al, well I heard something is going on backstage, let's take a look.
We cut backstage to see the tan Peruvian that is Jimmy Reyes walking to the GM's office. He is suddenly stopped by a backstage worker holding a package.
Worker: Jimmy Reyes?
JR: Yes that would be me.
Worker: Well it appears that somebody got the mailing address wrong on this, it's a package for you, from Japan it looks like.
JR: Did they try sending it to my house or here?
Worker: They sent it here, well I don't wanna kill any more of your time.
JR: Yeah I gotta talk to Johnny or Cronette or somebody important to see if I qualify for that twenty man Ariel Assault gauntlet at American Shootout.
Worker: Well here you go Jim, have a good day, oh and good luck at American Shootout!
JR: Thanks man.
Jimmy opens the package and is surprised at what is inside the cardboard box.
JR: Wow, this is unique!
Jimmy pulls out what appears to be a Hayabusa mask, the mask of the legendary Japanese wrestler that some say invented the Phoenix Splash. He then Puts on the mask and feels a sensation as if he was born to become the next Hayabusa.
JR: Maybe I'll wear this in his honor at American Shootout. All I need now is the costume.
Jimmy walks off camera as Jerry Lynn and Al Snow chuckle.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Coming back from commercial break, weapons hang by chains from the scaffold, on the rungs of the scaffold, and by poles coming from the steel ring posts, which are connected by chains with weapons on them. There is a steel fence stretching from the apron to the guardrail with barbed wire on top of it on the east side of ring. Another steel fence is on the west side of the ring only without barbed wire. Some parts of the House of Fun are still being set up as a text flies across the screen saying "2FW Hardcore Championship.
JL: Well ladies and gentlemen, lets take a look on how this feud all began.
A black and white filter is over Raven, Perry Saturn, and Gary Wolfe's entrances. Then fades to a black and white shot of the 2FW hardcore championship belt.
JL: Yes ladies and gentlemen this is what it's all about. Three ECW veterans will be fighting over the vacant 2FW Hardcore championship.
The video gets out of the black and white state and goes into color as it shows highlights from that match. The final scene is Gary Wolfe hitting the Death Valley Driver on Raven and capturing the gold.
AS: Gary Wolfe is our first ever Hardcore Champion!
A shot of Raven holding the microphone after the bloody match shows.
Raven: I deserve that title Gary Wolfe! That Title is mine! This match is going to restart!
JL: Raven can't do that, Wolfe won it fair and square!
Footage shows the two brawling and then Raven hitting the Raven Effect to capture the Hardcore title. Then shows him defending it against Sinn Bohdi successfully, then Gary Wolfe coming in, capturing the title, then Raven capturing it again. Then the footage of the Hangman's Horror match showing Wolfe capturing the title, thus cutting back to a shot of the arena, while Dale Oliver's "Scream" with the clockwork Orange intro plays through the speakers.
JB: Ladies and gentlemen the following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a Clockwork Orange House of Fun match for the 2FW Hardcore Championship. Introducing first, from Short Hills New Jersey weighing in at two hundred and forty four pounds, he is Raven!
AS: This is probably one of Ravens final chances to capture the gold before American Shootout. If he loses this match tonight, then him and Gary Wolfe will have to settle it in an Abandonment Death Match, and Raven didn't even explain the rules!
JL: Al I'm just receiving word now that the rules for the Abandonment Death Match are that the Match has to take place in an abandoned factory or warehouse or any building that has been left alone for years and the match will consist of these two just beating the crap out of each other with what ever has been left within the building.
AS: So it's pretty much like an empty arena match only it's literally empty.
JL: If you wanna think of it as that way be my guest.
Bad Things by Wednesday 13 plays as Gary Wolfe steps out onto the stage.
JB: And his opponent, from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, weighing in at two hundred and forty five pounds, he is the defending 2FW Hardcore Champion, he is "Pitbull" Gary Wolfe!
Wolfe takes off his leather jacket and title belt as he makes his way to the ring. He rolls in and instantly gets clobbered over the head with a trashcan lid by Raven, Wolfe is kneeling now as he gets hit again with the trashcan lid. Raven goes to pick Wolfe up but Wolfe gives a couple of fists to the gut of Raven, Wolfe grabs a Singapore cane that hangs from the scaffold and smacks it over the back and head of Raven. Wolfe then pulls a trashcan off one of the chains of the north side of the ring and lays it down. He picks Raven up, looks for a drop toe hold onto it but Raven counters and drop toe holds Wolfe onto it instead. Raven grabs a chair from the chains hanging from the Scaffold, waits for Wolfe to get up and Cracks the chair over the head of Wolfe. He looks at the steel cage on the west side of the ring as the crowd cheers for him to use it. Raven grabs Wolfe as they stand on the apron and signals for the Raven Effect. Wolfe gives a low blow, puts him in a fireman's carry position and gives a death valley driver onto the unforgiving steel.
JL: That steel just didn't bend! It didn't even give the slightest bit!
AS: Unless one of them was super man only then would they be able to bend the steel.
The two slowly get back into the ring and Wolfe is the first man up. He grabs a staple gun form the side of the scaffold and looks to give Raven a few staples but Raven throws powder in the face of Wolfe and hits the Raven Effect. He goes for the pin but it's only a two, then gets up and grabs a cheese grater off the scaffold and grinds Wolfe's face with it. Followed by a few staple gun shots causing the blood to flow from the face of Wolfe. Raven goes for the cover once more but again a two count. Wolfe starts fighting back as he hits a power bomb on Raven, then gives a couple of staples to the head of Raven with the staple gun. He then grabs the bloodied Raven and tosses him over the eastern ropes and onto the steel cage with barbed wire on top of it, he goes for the pin but only a two count for Wolfe.
AS: That barbed wire is stuck in Ravens back now! God that has to hurt.
JL: Now crap Al, it's barbed wire.
Wolfe than charges at the ropes and flips over landing legs first in the barbed wire missing Raven. The two bloody wrestlers make their way back to the ring, this time Raven is the first man up, grabs a Singapore cane and cracks it over the head of Wolfe. wolfe puts down Raven with a huge clothesline and goes outside the ring, grabs a Table and slides it into the ring. He then sets up the table, grabs Raven by the hair and the two climb the scaffold, they reach about fifteen fete as Wolfe puts Raven on his shoulders in a fireman's carry position but Raven gets out, almost slides off the scaffold but manages to hang on. He gives a kick and a left hand to the gut and hits the Raven effect off the scaffold through the table. The crowd gives a holy s**t chant as Raven plops his hand over Wofle's chest and gets a two count.
JL: A fifteen foot high Raven effect could not put away Gary Wolfe! What is Raven gonna have to do!?
Raven sets up for another Raven effect put Wolfe gets out and hits a death valley driver on him. Wolfe goes outside the ring and looks under it for a weapon, he pulls out a sheet of glass and the crowd cheers in excitement, Wolfe then puts the sheet of glass on the steel cage on the west side of the ring that has no barbed wire and then goes back into the ring. He kicks the limb body of Raven, takes a piece of the broken table and breaks it over Ravens head. Wolfe takes Raven into the north western corner and sets him up for a power bomb off the top. He turns to the glass on the steel cage and sets Raven up. Raven gets out and gives a couple of right hands and looks to nail the Raven effect. Wolfe gets out and sets for the Power bomb once more. Wolfe and Raven soar through the air as they hit the glass and steel. The glass goes flying everywhere and the steel cage breaks beneath them. Wolfe throws his arm across Ravens chest to pick up the victory and retain his title.
Winner: Gary Wolfe
AS: Wolfe keeps his title! What a match!
JL: Agreed Al, Ladies and gentlemen still to come, Necro Butcher gets his revenge on Sabu in a street fight and in our main Event, 2FW World champion Johnny Candido takes on Pro Wrestling Noah's toughest wrestler, Takeshi Morishima, don't go away!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Coming back from break, backstage footage shows Necro Butcher backstage on the floor holding his ankle in pain.
AS: Ladies and gentlemen if you're just tuning in Necro Butcher was attacked backstage, we don't know who it is, it could have been Sabu, it could have been KENTA it could have been anybody!
EMTs finally come in and help Necro Butcher out of the hallway backstage as cameras go back to the arena where "Back In Black" by AC/DC plays over the speakers as Johnny Candido comes out from the curtains and down to the ring. He takes off the 2FW World Championship belt and waits for his opponent. "White Washed" by August Burns Red plays through the PA as the crowd is blessed by the appearance of Takeshi Morishima who makes his way down to the ring and takes off his Pro Wrestling Noah Robe.
JB: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is your main event of the evening. Introducing first in the corner to my left, from Cherry Hill New Jersey weighing in at two hundred and fifty pounds, he is the current 2FW World Champion he is Johnny Candido!
In Japanese Tradition, the crowd throws streamers in respect of Candido.
AS: Look Jerry It's a party!
JB: And his opponent in the corner to my right, from Edogawa, Tokyo Japan, weighing in at three hundred and twenty pounds, he is Takeshi Morishima!
Streamers are thrown in the same respect of Morishima, suddenly Johnny Albright comes out.
JA: Guys I apologize for interrupting, especially you Morishima, once again I apologize, but to make this exciting night even more exciting, let's put your title on the line here Johnny, ring the bell.
JL: This night just got a whole lot more intense Al.
Main Event; 2FW World Championship: Johnny Candido(C) vs Takeshi Morishima
The Bell sounds as the two stare each other down, they circle around each other and the crowd is silent, not dead, but silent, Candido extends his hand out which Morishima shakes for a good match. The two lock up as Morishima over powers Candido by backing him up into the northern ropes. Candido gives a stiff elbow as the two start to trade off with them, Candido hits the ropes only to walk into a big boot. Morishima runs off the eastern ropes, hops over Candido who then nails a drop kick on Morishima, the two get up quick and are at a stand off. The crowd applauds for the two wrestlers.
AS: This match makes me feel like I'm in Japan.
The two get into another lock up, Candido pushes Morishima into the southern ropes and Morishima throws down Candido and once Candido is up he is met with a big boot. Morishima goes for the pin but Candido kicks out on two. Morishima picks him up and takes him into the south eastern corner and gives repeated chops to the chest. Suddenly Candido turns it around and gives a couple of chops of his own. Morishima blocks the last chop, then blocks a right and gives Candido a left hand across the face. Followed by a clothesline then attempts at giving Candido a big boot but gets his leg stuck on the top rope of the east side of the ring. Candido springboards off the second rope on the south side of the ring and connects a kick to the back of the head, dropping Morishima to the outside. Candido bounces off the western ropes and dives between the top and middle ropes but Morishima gives a stiff Elbow to the face of a Diving Candido.
JL: That's it, Johnny Candido has to be unconscious. Look at the replay of that stiff elbow right to the face.
Morishima whips Candido to the northern side of the ring, smacking into the steel guardrail, Morishima Charges at Candido and hits him Directly in the nose with a big boot. Morishima picks up a bloody nosed Candido and chops him across the chest on the guardrail. Candido gives a couple of elbows and right hands to the face followed by a dropkick which causes Morishima to land back first on the guardrail. Candido gets up on the apron and double axe handles Morishima across the shoulders. Candido tosses Morishima back into the ring and goes for the pin which is only a two count. Candido climbs up the turnbuckles looking to hit a missile dropkick but Morishima gets up in time, charges up to the top rope, and delivers a sickening move known as "Urinage" off the top rope and down into the center of the ring. Morishima goes for the pin but again another two count.
AS: Despite the fact that Candido broke his nose, he somehow still has the will to fight, he for surely does not want to give up the championship here five days away from American Shootout where he had the possibility to lose it to C.M. Punk. Candido does not want to go down without a fight.
JL: And neither does Morishima, he wants to add another title to his list, Ring of Honor world champion, World League Wrestling heavyweight champion, Three Count Wrestling heavyweight champion, a three time Global Honor Crown Tag Team Champion, as well as the Global Honor Crown itself. He does not want to lose this opportunity.
Morishima bounces off the ropes and connects to Candido with a huge Lariat. Morishima then goes up the turnbuckles looking for a missile dropkick of his own but Candido kicks him in the side of the head, causing him to fall off the top. Candido makes his way up to the top rope and lands on Morishima with a front flip, he goes for the cover but it's only a two. He pounds on the mat in frustration but out of no where Morishima kicks his nose in, almost breaking it again. He picks up Candido and places him in the south western corner, he backs up and delivers an amazing cartwheel Lariat. He throws Candido out of the corner, sits him up in the middle of the ring, bounces off the northern ropes and hits him with a hip attack. Morishima covers him but it's only a two. Now Morishima is frustrated and backs up into the north east corner, waiting for Candido to get up and when he does, he almost gets leveled with a Yakuza kick, but Candidos quick thinking causes him to move out of the way and connect with a lariat. He builds momentum as Morishima gets up and faces another clothesline from Candido. He picks up Morishima, backs him into the northern ropes, whips him off and looks for his signature "Candido Head kick" which Morishima ducks and delivers his Backdrop suplex, and getting the win, adidng another thing to his list of accomplishments.
Winner: Takeshi Morishima
JL: Well Al it was an exciting night here in 2FW once again.
AS: Let's hope the Pay Per View will be this good.
Fans throw streamers and cheer as Takeshi and some other wrestlers come out to celebrate his victory. Candido gets up and everyone is silent, Candido then hugs Morishima in respect and raises his hand.
JL: A good show of sportsmanship between these two here Al.
AS: Indeed, his brother Chris taught him well, even Chris might have wanted him to win, I bet he's still happy that Johnny gave it his all tonight.
JL: Agreed, once again thanks for tuning in ladies and gentlemen, American Shootout is live on Pay Per View this saturday, I'm Jerry Lynn.
