Nail polish and a q-tip my friend. I think that is your best bet.

Did one of the Estrada figures have white suit pants? The DA figure did. The 2 RA figures had black pants and brown pants.

RA 31.5 John Morrison has them, but they feature a black design on the front of the thighs.

thanks for the help everyone.
i think the best bet for me (or anyone wanting plain white RA suit pants) is to use the pants from CS7 Jimmy Hart or Hart Foundation 3-pack Jimmy Hart, and acetone off the musical notes on the side. i could also save time by swapping the lower legs with RA31.5 John Morrison or CS13 Brother Love.
still though, it's crazy with all the RA figures Jakks made that they never made any RA figure with totally plain white suit pants

Brother Love Sorry if someone mentioned that already. That one came first to mind for me. yeh that has been mentioned, but he uses the fat suit pants mould. i'm just talking about the standard size suit pants. the fat suit pants mould does use the same lower legs as the standard size suit pants though (the crotch and upper legs are different).
