Tara looks great. Glad they went with the catsuit look for as it is simple and can't really go wrong many places.

The lighting was brutal in the club it was in so I did my best with the flash on my phone. I truly think the figures there were some of the best I've seen. Tara looks terrific and the Anderson as Sting figure looked great too. Was very pleased with what I saw. Yes a JJ with short hair would be sweet. They may just not have had his head ready so they used the old. THINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This is just a taste of what's coming. The event was for a great cause. It was awesome Jakks could share new stuff with us too. I'm definitely looking forward to the stuff coming out. RSC will probably have better photos since I just used my phone. RSC was there, met Tom, pretty cool! Glad I could share photos with you guys too! Enjoy! |

1/3 of the stuff will never go into production. Another 1/3 will never be seen at retail. The final third will be Sting/Hogan/Hardy repaints.
Can't wait to pick up that Tara figure though...in April of 2012!

Great stuff Matt! My favorites are the Sting-Anderson (crazy figure!), Tara (probably her best figure yet, I think), and Shannon Moore. The Jeff Hardy repaints are cool, no complaints... I mean he's equivalent to Rey Mysterio... they can repaint him a 100 times and besides the 1-per case or Diva/ Knockout figure, he'll be the first one to fly off the store shelves like the Hulkster has. The new Deluxe Impact Wrestling packaging looks great, I hated the tabs on the previous ones. I'm just hope this will be the last change for a while so production can continue smoothly.

No problem Jordan! Glad I was able to take pics and share them right away with you guys. The stuff shown tonight looks fantastic! Really excited to get my hands on them eventually. Tara loves her new figure as does JJ and RVD. I am not sure when the stuff is coming but I will pass the word along on Twitter once I know. Thanks guys and enjoy!

nothing really blows me away. a lot of repaints. will prob get that hogan fig and DI Sting

Just learn to use your hate in towards other stuff that can actually bring you some benefit. Also be glad that you are getting some figures from such a small commpany... I know i am. Anyway...some great stuff there. Thanks for the pics Matt. Cant wait to get British invasion as well as Tara (amazing figure) and Ink Ink! The Stinger Mr Anderson looks cool too! |

I think it looks great. I was not a big fan of the attire but she wore it for a while so it should be made. Now I hope they can make Mickie next. I wonder if this Tara will come w/ the KO title. She won the belt at BFG in this attire so it would make the figure even better to include the belt. |

I may pick up those "Sting" Andersons for the bodies and do some head swaps!
I was kind of hoping JAKKS would have a few of the upcomign LOTR Taylor and Andre figure on display.

No there was no SDCC AJ figure? Where did you hear that? What was revealed last night was Kurt Angle's new ShopTNA figure coming this Fall. Part of the proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
