could somebody post a picture of the alex riley figure?  Looking at this and comparing pictures, the scan isn't that bad but the kneepads through it off. From everything I looked at he should have black and small kneepads. Maybe that's what it is. I posted a few pages back that something is just OFF about this figure. Maybe the torso is too small, maybe the scan, I'm not sure. The pads do sort of look a bit big and clunk though now that you mention it. |

Mattel's Basic scans are awful. It seems that they sit them down, tell them to look straight face and forward... there's your Basic.
Then they tell them to make any signature face that they'd use on TV... there's your Elite.
I bet Riley's Elite scan will look great.

This Riley figure was probably the most disappointing figure they showed. It's terrible. Face looks nothing like him. His body looks disproportionate. The knee pads are huge. Did I mention the face is awful?
Grey-Trident, is right about the Kane figure though... it kicks ass.

Riley needs a bigger torso. The face scan could be better. But that will come with time. I'm going to pass on this A RY but when a new scan and hopefully a body mold that fits him better. I'll def pick him up.

It's not that, but to come in here and insult the company... while they're probably as busy now as they are around Christmas, if not more. Give them a break, there's a lot going on in the past 2-3 days.
