Monday Night Raw, July 18th, 2011 - The Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. "Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
Before the typical opening package plays, we see a recap of what happened at last night's Money in the Bank event. We are shown a few clips from the Main Event between John Cena and CM Punk for the WWE Championship. The part where Mr. McMahon arrives at the ring is shown, only to end up costing Cena the victory by accident, giving CM Punk the victory, and allowing him to walk away as the new WWE Champion, with full knowledge that his contract would run out in less than an hour. The package fades to black on a shot of CM Punk blowing a kiss to Mr. McMahon whilst holding the WWE Championship.
Cue Opening Package.
The pyrotechnics explode from the stage and we cut to the WWE|HD banner flashing across the screen. Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler welcome us to the show, making sure to mention that last night's Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View was historic to say the least. They say that tonight, they have been told that John Cena will suffer 'severe consequences' from the Chairman, Mr. McMahon for losing last night's match, and in addition, losing the WWE Championship which isn't even in the company tonight, let alone the building.
The theme of the Chairman, Mr. McMahon hits and he comes out to the ring. The WWE Universe chant the name of CM Punk, which only angers McMahon more. He enters the ring and begins to speak. He says how the WWE Universe are stupid for chanting the name of a man who walked out on them last night, who turned his back on them. He says that Raw will go on as if he was never here, but only after he has done one small thing - punish John Cena. He says that Cena was warned of the consequences, and he will suffer them right here tonight before the show is over. McMahon then says in regards to the WWE Championship, plans will be revealed on the road to SummerSlam. He tells the WWE Universe to enjoy a 'disruption free' Raw, and the beginning of what he called a 'new era' claiming that this night will be remembered for a very long time. His theme hits and he leaves as we cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
United States Champion Dolph Ziggler with Vickie Guerrero def. Kofi Kingston in a non-title match. Ziggler managed to capitalize on the fact that Kingston had participated in that brutal Money in the Bank Ladder Match last night which was ultimately won by Alberto Del Rio. Ziggler ducks a Trouble In Paradise and hits the ZigZag for the victory.
He celebrates his win with his 'business partner', Vickie Guerrero, laughing at Kofi Kingston as he holds his head in pain. We then cut backstage.
Scott Stanford is backstage alongside Mr. Money in the Bank, Alberto Del Rio to a lot of heat. He asks Del Rio if this is what he meant when he spoke of his destiny. Del Rio looks disgusted, saying this piece of paper isn't his destiny. He says that his destiny is to become the WWE Champion, and this contract is just a stepping stone towards that destiny. He exclaims that it should have been John Cena versus Alberto Del Rio last night, because after all, he won the Triple Threat Match a couple of weeks ago to become the #1 Contender before he was pushed aside. He says he can't wait for Cena to suffer the consequences tonight, because after losing the WWE Championship and ruining a whole legacy, he deserves to be fired. Del Rio leaves and we cut to a promo package.
We see a promo package for WWE SummerSlam, airing on August 14th, 2011. It is shown to the theme of "Bright Lights, Bigger City" by Cee Lo Green. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Divas Champion Kelly Kelly & Eve def. The Bella Twins. Getting beaten last night by Kelly Kelly just wasn't enough for The Bellas, so they tried again tonight as Kelly teamed up with Eve, but once again, they were swatted down. Kelly Kelly pinned Nikki Bella after hitting her with the K2.
Kelly Kelly and Eve celebrated as The Bella Twins retreated up the ramp. We then cut to a promo package.
We see a promo package for the WWE's Anti-Bullying Campaign featuring multiple superstars and divas. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Alberto Del Rio's theme hits and he comes out in yet another stunning car, introduced by his personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez who is back. He does his usual entrance and enters the ring to a lot of heat. He picks up a microphone and says "My name... My name is Alberto Del Rioooooo!" The crowd erupt into boos. "But you already know that." He motions to Ricardo who gets the Money in the Bank briefcase and hands it to Del Rio, who looks at it with a passion. He grabs it and proceeds to tell the WWE Universe that this is his one way ticket... to destiny. He declares that when the time is right, in the next 24 months, he will become the new WWE Champion. Alberto says that he's in a brilliant mood, so he's going to give a lucky superstar the chance to wrestle him tonight. He calls out to anyone in the back who wants a match. The crowd erupt when the theme of Zack Ryder hits and he comes out, fist-pumping and all. Del Rio turns to Ricardo and laughs, pointing at Ryder in hysterics. Ryder enters the ring and a referee arrives, calling for the bell.
Zack Ryder def. Alberto Del Rio. In what was a definite upset victory, Zack Ryder managed to roll up Alberto Del Rio and pick up an astonishing victory. But of course, he had a little help from Rey Mysterio, who rushed to ringside and distracted Del Rio, obviously wanting some revenge for Del Rio removing his mask last night.
Once the three count was made, Ryder fled the ring in shock at himself. He fist-pumped with the crowd as his theme played and Del Rio looked on in disbelief, being consoled by Ricardo Rodriguez. Rey Mysterio left a little behind Zack Ryder, smirking at Del Rio the whole way up the ramp. The crowd popped as Mysterio raised Ryder's hand. Del Rio smashed the canvas in frustration as we fade backstage.
Scott Stanford is once again backstage, this time, alongside R-Truth. He asks R-Truth what he thinks went wrong in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match last night. Truth says he only has one thing to say... "conspiracy". The crowd laugh. Truth says that the ladders were faulty, and all the Little Jimmies were shouting at him so he couldn't concentrate. Truth starts hitting his head and Scott Stanford stares at him wide eyed, slowly edging away. Truth asks him where he's going and drags him closer. He says that there are conspiracies against him from all over the company, whether it be backstage or in the ring. He starts talking to an imaginary 'Little Jimmy', saying "You agree, don't you? Everyone is against R-Truth, and you keep making me lose my concentration so I can't climb those ladders... so SHUT UP!". Scott Stanford is totally freaked out and hands Truth the microphone before leaving. Truth asks what's wrong, and then says to 'Little Jimmy', "See what you done? You scared him away! That's what all you Little Jimmies are like. You scare me too. Get away from me!" R-Truth leaves the scene as Cole and King struggle to describe what just happened, chuckling to themselves. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Santino Marella & Vladimir Kozlov def. WWE Tag Team Champions David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty in a non-title match. Proving to be some game competition, Santino and Kozlov picked up a victory here over the WWE Tag Team Championships, which should easily throw them into title contention. Kozlov was the one who picked up the victory, planting McGillicutty with a huge Iron Curtain.
Santino and Kozlov celebrated as David Otunga dragged the motionless body of Michael McGillicutty out of the ring. They did their trumpet celebration as the Champions leave in anger. We then cut to a promo package.
We see a promo package for John Morrison, saying that he will return soon. We then return to Raw.
Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler say that tonight has been great so far, but up next it's the Main Event, and it is the final encounter between Alex Riley and The Miz. Cole obviously bigs up The Miz saying he hopes he gives Riley what he deserves, but King mentions that The Miz suffered an injury last night at Money in the Bank which could be a factor in the match. We see the entrance of The Miz, and Michael Cole praises him as we fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
The Miz def. Alex Riley These two have grown to be bitter enemies, and this was supposed to be the final encounter, but the ending doesn't quite support that. Alex Riley was going for the Floating DDT, but Miz tripped him backwards into a jackknife pin position and Miz being Miz, he hooked his feet around the bottom rope, preventing Alex Riley from being able to escape, and therefore getting the three count.
The crowd erupted into boos as The Miz fled the scene with a smirk on his face. Alex Riley held his head in disbelief and disappointment. Michael Cole gave Miz a round of applause for his 'intelligence', but King told him to sit down. He says it wasn't intelligence it was cheating, and Cole tells King to shush, and that he's only saying that because he's jealous of The Miz. King laughs and ignores him as Miz celebrates on the ramp. We then cut backstage.
The Raw theme plays and we are shown Mr. McMahon on his way to the ring. Cole and King say that John Cena will suffer 'sever consequences', whatever they may be. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Mr. McMahon's theme hits and he comes out to a mixed reaction. He enters the ring and says that the time has come for John Cena to be punished, and he says that it seems that a lot of people already know what it's going to be, clearly hinting at John Cena being fired. McMahon calls out Cena to take this face-to-face. The theme of John Cena hits and he comes out looking rather upset, but enters the ring and taunts to a huge pop. McMahon begins to speak but Cena cuts him off, telling him that if he's about to do what he thinks he's about to do, he deserve the right to say his piece first. McMahon lowers the mic and let's Cena speak. Cena says "Alright, I'm not out here to tell you how much I hate the WWE, or how corrupt the McMahon family are, or how the production team don't know what they're doing, just because I believe my contract is coming to an end tonight. I'm out here to explain something to you all. Last night, yeah, I lost to CM Punk, knowing full well what was at stake, and yes, I do blame myself for what happened. But Vince, I'd rather lose my job than be a part of the Montreal Screwjob Part 2!" The crowd pop. He continues, saying "I wasn't going to be the guy who screwed CM Punk. I refuse to carry that burden. Shawn Michaels has had to carry the burden of that fateful night in 1997 when you screwed Bret Hart, and I'm not willing to go through that. I'd rather lose my job, and that's why I did what I did." The crowd start a John Cena chant as he speaks again. "I love what I do, Vince. I love this business, I love the superstars, I love the fans, I love it all. And if you're about to tell me that I can't do this anymore, and I can't wrestle with the WWE, well then that's going to break me. But mark my words, if I can't do what I love here in the WWE, then I'll go and do it somewhere else... brother!" Once again, the crowd pop as McMahon mouths to Cena not to threaten him. Cena says "I'm not threatening you, Vince. I'm just telling you how it is. So go ahead, do what you're going to do, because there's one thing I'm not going to do... and that's kiss your ass!" The WWE Universe erupt as Cena drops the microphone and turns to leave, but Vince stops him. He says "Don't you dare go anywhere, Cena! I called you out here to do this to your face, and god dammit I'm going to do it!" Cena shrugs his shoulders and then stand in Vince's face, ready for what he's going to say. McMahon raises the microphone to his lips and then says "John Cena... YOU'RE... SCREWED!" The crowd are in total confusion, and so is Cena as a sadistic smirk appears on the face of the Chairman. Then suddenly...
The theme of CM Punk hits to the shock of the crowd. John Cena turns to the entrance way in horror as Vince laughs psychotically. CM Punk appears on the stage with the WWE Championship over his shoulder and a huge grin on his face. He strolls towards the ring and enters it as John Cena shouts at Vince, asking him what's going on. CM Punk and Vince McMahon stand side-by-side, laughing in John Cena's face as he looks on in shock. Cena turns to Vince and asks him what he's doing, but turns around into a shot from CM Punk with the title. Cena crashes to the canvas. Vince signals to Punk to lift him up and he does. Punk holds Cena as Vince slaps him across the face. Punk then lifts him onto his shoulders and plants him with a huge Go To Sleep. CM Punk raises the WWE Championship high above his head, with one foot on John Cena's chest, and Mr. McMahon holding up the other hand. Monday Night Raw then fades to a shocking close. © 2011 World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

In my opinion, you need to work out your booking. Ryder over Del Rio? That's ridiculous. And please, just let Miz vs Riley die out.

CM Punk Re-signed? According to an inside source, the deal to sign CM Punk to a new contract was made at the very last second, as to avoid the information leaking that he was staying with the company. As seen on Raw last night, Punk is now in cohorts with Mr. McMahon, apparently screwing John Cena over at Money in the Bank. While it's all very confusing, expect to see an explanation next Monday on Raw.
Sin Cara Suspended The reason Sin Cara was taken out early in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match was indeed because he has failed a drugs test. Sin Cara will be suspended for 30 days for violating the WWE Wellness Policy. It is unknown if he was working unpaid, or paid royalties for his appearance at the Money in the Bank event.
SmackDown Main Event Revealed WWE.com posted an article today revealing that Randy Orton will take on Wade Barrett in this Friday's Main Event. It is expected that Christian will have some form of involvement in the match, and perhaps even a match of his own. Christian defeated Randy Orton via Disqualification at Money in the Bank to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.
Big Show Taking Time Off As we saw at Money in the Bank, Big Show was written off with a leg injury at the hands of Mark Henry. Apparently, Big Show will be taking some time off to rest some nagging injuries and will likely return in a few weeks ready for SummerSlam where he will likely continue his feud with Mark Henry. In the meantime, Henry is slated to feud with Big Show's tag team partner, Kane in the time being.

I enjoyed the show, Zack Ryder beating Albert Del Rio was great. Ryder is money, I mean 100,000+ views on Youtube? "Mr. Controversy" obviously doesn't know the wrestling world. Mr. Money in the Bank, Albert Del Rio losing isn't too bad because Zack Ryder is money. Although, I have to say I think some people could say you're booking shows some racism. You threat the Mexican wrestlers without much respect and have placed Sin Cara in the inactive list. You should know this Elliot, all wrestlers should be treated the same, their race shouldn't factor into things, only their skills. Del Rio and Cara are two greats. You should know better, Elliot.

WWE RAW: Monday 18th July 2011..ELLIOT? More like EL MATADOR EH? Y'KNOW WHAT I'M SAYIN' PAL?.Yada yada yada, RAW that is most likely going to be a lot like real life. Mr McMahon's promo wasn't quite different to real life. Only more talk about CM Punk as well as John Cena. New era? Highly doubt it. Dolph Ziggler and Kofi Kingston is an acceptable opening contest, but it's nothing new. Their feud has been so overdone in the past year, it's time for it to end. Make Dolph the World Heavyweight Champion as soon as possible. Even if he's on RAW and the World title is on SmackDown. Dolph will suck on RAW if he goes on on RAW RAW RAW. Senior Alberto Del Rio's promo wasn't anything special, shouldn't be mad about not getting his title shot in that contenders triple threat match since he's Senior Money in the Bank already. Kelly Kelly and Eve beating the Bella Twins, I'd rather they all just sit on their faces. Senior Del Rio with a promo after an interview wasn't anything special. Zack Ryder's push is awful. The guy deserves SOME form of push, but this is too far. Ryder with a win despite interference is bad. Why is Senior Rey Mysterio still feuding Senior Del Rio? Rey isn't entertaining anymore, and this feud is another that has been redone since SmackDown circa Summer 2010. Plus, Senior Del Rio just won Senior Money in the Bank, why should a NON-MEXICAN athlete beat the MEXICAN in a match? I'd rather Senior Rey Mysterio beat Senior Del Rio here. Hell, I'd rather Senior Petite Jimmy beat Senior Del Rio than Senior Rey Mysterio beat Senior Del Rio. He's Senior Money in the Bank! Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov beating the Sh*t Nexus is no problem. Seriously, put all of these in a face faction called the 'JOB Squad #2: Electric Boogaloo". I don't have time for them. The Miz beating Alex Riley; good because Riley has Shane McMahon hair. Mr McMahon's promo was nice I guess, liked CM Punk turning on the fans, but sticking around is pretty gay as hell. You're screwed? I'd have rather he said 'f*cked', that way it IS a new generation because there's F-bombs on live TV! Dramatic end. Overall, bloody good album, bloody good album. And Bono played the guitar. Not happy about Senior Del Rio's loss though. He's Senior Money in the f*cking Bank! I knew I should've voted McCain. ing brilliant.

WWE Superstars, July 21st, 2011 "Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
Cue Opening Package.
We open the show with the commentary team of Jack Korpela and Matt Striker who welcome us to the show. They say that this is proving to be a very historic week in the WWE, namely with CM Punk's WWE Championship victory at Money in the Bank, and then aligning himself with Mr. McMahon this past Monday on Raw. We see a graphic which reveals that tonight's Main Event will be the high-flying Evan Bourne taking on R-Truth. They then say it's time for some more action in the WWE, and it's SmackDown's turn to kick things off.
Tyson Kidd def. Trent Barreta. In what was a fantastically technical match, the last graduate from the Hart Dungeon, Tyson Kidd was victorious after hitting Barreta with the move he calls The Code Blue.
After the match, Kidd celebrates his victory as Barreta recovers with the referee. Kidd gets a lot of heat as we fade to a promo package.
We see a promo package for the WWE's Anti-Bullying Campaign featuring multiple superstars and divas. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
We return to hear the voices of Josh Mathews and Scott Stanford on commentary.
Chris Masters def. Primo The Masterpiece lived up to his name here tonight, defeating Primo with ease after locking in his signature Masterlock to force Primo to give up.
Chris Masters celebrated, but afterwards, he lifted Primo up and offered to shake his hands. Primo accepted and Masters raised his hand to a pop from the crowd. The two left as we cut to a promo package.
We see a quick recap of what happened on Raw between CM Punk, Mr. McMahon and John Cena. We see how CM Punk returned to Raw, siding with the Chairman and screwing over John Cena. It closes with a shot of CM Punk with his foot on Cena's chest, raising the WWE Championship in one hand, and McMahon raising the other. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Jack Korpela and Matt Striker are back on commentary.
Natalya & Gail Kim def. Maryse & Rosa Mendes These four divas collided in hopes of impressing someone to get a Divas Championship shot. The match came to a close when Natalya locked in the Sharpshooter on Rosa Mendes and made her tap out.
Natalya and Gail Kim celebrated as Rosa Mendes left the ring. She tried to apologize to Maryse, but Maryse shoved her hand in Rosa's face and stormed off, none too happy with the loss. We then cut backstage.
Todd Grisham is backstage alongside R-Truth. He asks him if he feels confident about facing someone as quick as Evan Bourne tonight. R-Truth says there's some conspiracy going on, because he shouldn't even be on WWE Superstars. He should be wrestling on Raw for the WWE Championship, and most of all, he should be Mr. Money in the Bank. But tonight, he vows to show the WWE Universe, and all the 'Little Jimmies' that little Evan Bourne... is gonna get got! Truth walks off and we cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Josh Mathews and Scott Stanford are back on commentary for the Main Event.
R-Truth def. Evan Bourne. Truth was taken back by Bourne's speed in this one, but once he got his hands on him, it was all but over. Bourne went to hit the Air Bourne at one point, but Truth moves. However, Bourne landed on his feet, but unfortunately for him, he turned around into the Shut Up! from R-Truth, which gave him the victory.
R-Truth celebrated his victory over Evan Bourne, and started talking to an imaginary 'Little Jimmy' in the ring, smiling at him and telling him he won. The referee goes to raise Truth's hand and Truth jumps back, telling him to get off him. Truth leaves the ring as WWE Superstars fades to a close. © 2011 World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

Raw was a pretty decent show. The opening segment with Vinny Mac was pretty standard. Good match between Ziggler and Kingston, glad you gave Ziggler the win. Hopefully he keeps the US title for awhile. Del Rio's promo was fine, hopefully you end up giving him the WWE title. Please. Get. The. Title. Off. Kelly. Kelly. Ryder defeating Del Rio? Really? I swear if you give Ryder a mega push... Good Truth segment, continue his push and I'll be a happy camper. The tag team division is a complete joke right now, and I'm not happy you put Marella and Kozlov over the champs. End the Riley/Miz feud ASAP, its getting rather old. Not a fan of you pretty much copying Cena's promo, even if it was an amazing one at that. The ending was definitely a shocker, but I said it in Dan's WWE 11 and I'll say it again, I hate the fact that Punk returns the next night on RAW. Its stupid and takes away the entire purpose of walking out with the belt. Now on to Superstars. Nice victory for Tyson Kidd, sounds like it would be a good match as well. Give Natalya a title shot, plz. I'm fine with R-Truth getting the win, but he should've had a match on RAW instead of Zack Ryder. Overall, decent start to this diary, just a few issues I have with what you're going. I'll keep reading to see where this goes.

WWE Monday Night Raw A decent opening segment with Mr. McMahon addressing everything about *CENSORED.* A good opening contest with Dolph Ziggler defeating Kofi Kingston. They put on good matches every time, but now we are just beating a dead horse. Hopefully Dolph drops Vickie soon, as well. Alright promo for Alberto Del Rio. I would love to see you use the fact that Alberto Del Rio is Number One Contender somewhere down the line. Ugh, throwaway Divas match here. Get some Divas on Raw that can wrestle and put on a good match that goes longer than two minutes. Well, at least Kelly Kelly is hot, I guess. Only if she would shut the f*ck up. Good Del Rio promo here, hopefully he makes quick work of Zack Ryder here. Not a fan of Zack Ryder going over Alberto Del Rio. The interference from Mysterio helps a little, but I'm still not one-hundred percent sold on Zack Ryder beating the guy that just won the Money in the Bank briefcase about twenty-four hours ago. Ha, I found the R-Truth segment enjoyable. Don't really care for those tag teams, hopefully you give some character to the tag champs. I'd prefer seeing The Uso's beating The New Nexus, though. Good main event with The Final Encounter between The Miz and Alex Riley. Can't really complain that The Miz won, but I've grown to be a Alex Riley fan over the past few months. Hopefully you keep A-Ri going strong. He has a poop load of potential. Pretty good segment to close out the show. I don't like how you ripped some lines from real life. Interesting Punk swerve, but I feel like everybody is trying that Hopefully you can separate yourself from the pack. Overall, it was a decent show, the booking was iffy in a few places, but it was alright in the end. I'm not much of a current day WWE fan, but I'll be interested in where you take this.

WWE RAW: Monday 18th July 2011...Alright, take two. Decent opening promo that wasn't too much different from real life. I liked Mr McMahon coming out and discussing John Cena's firing and CM Punk. Did what it had to do. A new era? I'll be honest, it will take a lot to pull that off. Dolph Ziggler defeating Kofi Kingston isn't anything special. It did the job I suppose. It's just, after last summer and this spring, I hope this is the last time Ziggler and Kofi fight for a long, long time. They put on good matches, but now it's just bothering me. I hope Dolph drops Vickie Guerrero too. To me, she just steals his heat. Here's to Ziggler defending the WWE United States Championship at SummerSlam, by the way. Kelly Kelly and Eve with a win over the Bella Twins is fine, I hope that this is the end to their feud. The Bellas are the best divas in the company right now in my belief, I don't see why they need to keep chasing the WWE Divas Championship though. Alberto Del Rio bigging himself up after winning Money in the Bank was nice; in the interview backstage. I don't see why it was needed if he was just going to repeat it out here. Zack Ryder's push could be interesting, but I cannot buy him as an uppercarder in any form. Fluke win for Ryder is alright I guess. Makes the new Mr Money in the Bank look awful though. He only just won it last night, and suddenly he's losing. Also, like Dolph and Kofi, I hope SummerSlam is Del Rio and Rey Mysterio's last match for a long, long time. In my mind, their feud ended last October and just went on because they figured it was that good. It wasn't after a while. If anything, it freezes both men from doing anything else good. Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov with a win...they've had their moments with the WWE Tag Team Champions before. If I'm honest, you should try and make something of the dire former Nexus members, David Otunga and Michael McGillicutty, otherwise, put the titles on the Usos. They're the next best thing. The Miz and Alex Riley's feud ending here? I could have really seen you squeeze the Miz and Riley feud out until SummerSlam, what with it being in under a month. I don't see how you can put Miz and Riley into bigger/better feuds in that short space of time. Decent main event promo with McMahon and Punk aligning against the fired John Cena. Good call. Overall, a decent fallout show. There was almost nothing of relevance from what happened last night, but that's my only complaint. What I wonder now is how can you put together a decent card in three weeks? It's gonna be tricky.
WWE Superstars: Thursday 21st July 2011...Good opening contest, but Tyson Kidd and Trent Barreta have had about enough matches on this show in the past three months. It's time to advance both men. Chris Masters beating Primo was totally obvious. Natalya and Gail Kim defeating Maryse and Rosa Mendes was actually neat, involving a SmackDown divas feud with RAW divas. I'd have replaced Gail with Beth Phoenix though, since they are actually feuding. It's strange that you didn't go with a RAW replay to cap off the show, as that's what their theme has been for Superstars main events in recent weeks. R-Truth beating Evan Bourne was the right call, good showcase for the RAW midcard to cap off the show. Not a bad episode.

Friday Night SmackDown, July 22nd, 2011 - The Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota "Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
Before SmackDown opens up, we see a recap of what happened at WWE Money in the Bank this past Sunday. It shows the brutal match between Christian and Randy Orton, showing how Orton got disqualified, and therefore lost the World Heavyweight Championship, but the package closed with Orton delivering two RKOs to Christian on the announce table.
Cue Opening Package.
SmackDown opens up without a pyrotechnics display tonight as we immediately hear the theme of the new World Heavyweight Champion, Christian to a ton of heat. He comes out with a smug smirk on his face and a lot of swagger in his walk. He grabs a microphone and goes on to brag that he is the new World Heavyweight Champion, and has finally got what he deserves. He says that he proved that Randy Orton is completely unstable, and shouldn't even be legally allowed to compete with anger issues like that, and it eventually cost him the belt. He says that now he is the World Champion, he can finally relax and watch as the SmackDown roster scramble to earn the right to face him. Suddenly... Randy Orton rushes to the ring to a huge pop! He slides in and hits a Lou Thez Press on Christian, before delivering rights and left. Referees come out to break the two of them up and Christian escapes with his World Title. SmackDown General Manager, Theodore Long comes out and tells Randy Orton that he understands his anger, but he can't allow any unscheduled fights on SmackDown, and so he says that Randy Orton will have to wait to get his hands on Christian, because tonight, he will face Wade Barrett in the Main Event. The crowd boo and Christian smirks, sarcastically waving at Randy before turning to leave. But Long stands in front of Christian, and tells him not to go anywhere, because he's not getting out of it that easily. He then tells Christian that he's in a match right now... against Kane! The crowd erupt as Christian's jaw drops. Long leaves and Orton smirks this time. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Kane def. World Heavyweight Champion Christian via Disqualification in a non-title match. Christian was not at all too happy about having to face Kane, but luckily for him, he didn't have to face his full wrath, because in the middle of the match, the monstrous Mark Henry made his presence felt, entering the ring and brutally attacking Kane.
After the bell had rang, Christian fled the scene as Henry stood over Kane. He lifted Kane up before planting him with the World's Strongest Slam. He screamed as the crowd gave him a ton of heat before leaving. We then cut backstage.
Josh Mathews is backstage alongside the winner of the SmackDown Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Daniel Bryan. He asks him how it feels to have this opportunity. Bryan tells him it's the greatest feeling ever, and statistics prove that this is virtually the World Heavyweight Championship, but he's not getting too ahead of himself. He says that he is thinking about cashing-in for a scheduled match, but he isn't sure yet. Suddenly, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase approach him to a lot of heat. Rhodes points at the briefcase and says that it should be his. After everything he has been through over the past year, he believes he deserves to hold that briefcase. Rhodes says that he wants that briefcase, and he plans on getting it somehow. Rhodes smirks and he and DiBiase leave as Bryan looks on, fully focused. We then fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Divas Champion Kelly Kelly def. Melina in a non-title match. The Divas Champion continued to be successful in the ring, defeating a former Divas Champion in her own right, Melina after hitting her with the K2. However, after the match...
The Bella Twins arrived at ringside and attacked Kelly Kelly, taking her down with hard shots to the spine. The crowd booed and hoped for someone to come to her aid, and someone did... Beth Phoenix! Beth Phoenix arrived at ringside and plowed through the evil twins, taking them out with a double clothesline. Nikki managed to escape, but Brie was caught and was planted with the GlamSlam. Nikki dragged her sister out of the ring as Beth Phoenix helped Kelly to her feet. Phoenix picked up the Divas Championship and looked at it as Kelly looked on worried. Beth then handed the belt to Kelly and said something to her which was inaudible. They stared down to the Bella Twins as we cut to a promo package.
We see a promo package for WWE SummerSlam. It will air on August 14th, 2011. It is played to the theme of 'Bright Lights, Bigger City' by Cee Lo Green. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Daniel Bryan & Intercontinental Champion Ezekiel Jackson def. Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase The crowd were really behind Daniel Bryan here after his victory this past Sunday. Rhodes and DiBiase were hoping to knock him off his pedestal, but with the impressive Ezekiel Jackson by his side, it wasn't going to be easy. The match came to a close when Daniel Bryan locked in the LeBelle Lock on DiBiase, forcing him to tap out.
Daniel Bryan and Ezekiel Jackson celebrated their victory as Rhodes and DiBiase left up the ramp. Rhodes started shouting at DiBiase, saying he's an idiot. DiBiase tried apologizing but Rhodes stormed off. DiBiase followed him as Bryan and Jackson shook hands and we cut to a promo package.
We see a promo package for the WWEs Anti-Bullying Campaign featuring multiple superstars and divas. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
We return to see Josh Mathews backstage with Jinder Mahal and The Great Khali to a ton of heat. Mathews asks Mahal what he thinks of Daniel Bryan winning the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Mahal says he thinks it is a disgrace that he wasn't even involved in the match, and it just proves the corruption within the WWE today. He mentions how he is the best talent SmackDown has to offer, yet he isn't utilized half as much as he should be. He says that in due time, the WWE Universe will realize how good he really is, and that people like Daniel Bryan aren't even blips on his radar. He and The Great Khali leave as we cut to ringside.
Heath Slater def. Justin Gabriel. In a rematch from last week on SmackDown, after a grueling Money in the Bank Ladder Match this past SUnday, these two faced off once again, but this time, Heath Slater got the victory, dropping Gabriel with a Lifting Reverse DDT.
Afterwards, Heath Slater celebrated his victory, mocking Gabriel. We then cut to a video package.
We see a video package of this past Monday's Raw, showing Mr. McMahon coming out and is seemingly about to fire John Cena, but instead announces that John Cena is "screwed", only to reveal the return of the 'WWE Champion', CM Punk. Punk attacked Cena and stood tall over him, raising the WWE Championship up with one foot on Cena's chest, as McMahon raised his other hand. Is the WWE amidst an evil change? We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Before the match, the World Heavyweight Champion, Christian made his way to ringside for commentary.
Randy Orton def. Wade Barrett. Orton was focused here, but it didn't even seemed like he cared as much about winning, as he did about inflicting pain. He unloaded on Barrett, eventually dropping him with an RKO for the victory.
Randy Orton celebrated his victory, but was attacked from behind by Christian with a smirk on his face. Wade Barrett got to his feet and joined in the attack, beating down on Orton alongside Christian, but to everyone's disbelief, who should come to his aid... but Sheamus! Sheamus runs to ringside and delivers a huge Brogue Kick to Wade Barrett. Christian flees before any harm can come to him, clutching his World Title to his chest. Sheamus taunts to the crowd as Orton gets to his feet. The crowd are in shock that Sheamus would come to the aid of The Viper, but it's all to good to be true... WHAM! Brogue Kick to Randy Orton. Sheamus stands tall in the center of the ring as SmackDown fades to a close. © 2011 World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

WWE SmackDown: Friday 22nd July 2011...Christian kicking off the show with a promo was good, liked his cockiness despite getting his ass kicked, all because he finally won the World Heavyweight Championship. Surprised that Orton gave Christian the Lou Thesz press really, it seemed like at that moment he'd spring into the ring with an RKO. Randy Orton and Wade Barrett should be a good main event, nice to see you mixing up the main event scene. Like that Theodore Long put Christian on the spot, having to face Kane, who Orton fought last week on SmackDown. Kane with a win by disqualification made sense, Mark Henry's attack made Kane look even weaker though. Kane needs to retire by the year's end, in my opinion. There just isn't too much left for him to do that doesn't make him look dominant. Liked Cody Rhodes interrupting Daniel Bryan's interview. Kelly Kelly on SmackDown is great, nice to see you mixing around the womens division also. What was essentially a RAW match though...would have rather she fight Alicia Fox or Rosa Mendes since they are actually SmackDown divas. The Bella Twins continuing their storyline with Kelly and Beth Phoenix coming into the mix was nice, but should have happened on RAW. Daniel Bryan and Ezekiel Jackson sounds like a beasty team, defeating Ted Dibiase and Cody Rhodes. Made sense for Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel to compete again after their breakup. Would have rather it wasn't on in the exact same spot as it was on last week. Earlier in the show would have made it better. Randy Orton beating Wade Barrett was inevitable. Did like Sheamus getting involved, could set up a triple threat match for SummerSlam. Overall, quite a decent episode.

Will Sin Cara Return? There is some uncertainty surrounding the contract status of Sin Cara. As we reported earlier in the week, Sin cara was suspended after violating the WWE's Wellness Policy and will remain off television for at least 30 days. However, recent reports suggest that it isn't even sure if he will be brought back from his suspension. Many officials are furious that Sin Cara would put his career with the WWE at risk, especially due to the size of his push as of late. Whether or not he will return is yet to be revealed, but if he does, you can expect his push to be cut and he will be forced to start from square one. It should be noted that Sin cara has been replaced on the SummerSlam poster by R-Truth.
CM Punk Advertised for Raw In the recent previews for Raw, CM Punk has been advertised as being in attendance. However, it is believed the WWE will hold off on him competing at least until SummerSlam to stick to the storyline. The current storyline plans were for CM Punk to become aligned with Mr. McMahon, starting some sort of revolution against the current state of the WWE. Expect this to be fully explained on Raw.
John Morrison to Return Soon As seen on Raw, they played a video package which hyped the return of John Morrison. He is supposedly nearing 100% health, so expect him to return to TV in a week or so. It is expected that he will resume his feud with R-Truth, possibly in a match at SummerSlam, but that is yet to be determined.

Solid opening promo to kick things off, liking the two matches made for tonight. Not surprised if I'm honest about Henry attacking Kane during his match with Christian. I'm quite intrigued by Rhodes wanting the briefcase and I'll be watching to see if he does do anything to get near it at all. Kelly Kelly defeating Melina is quite obvious. Nice to have somebody new make the save for her in Beth Phoenix up against the Bellas. Bryan and Jackson getting the win is nice, and I like the tension between Rhodes and DiBiase. Slater and Gabriel going at it is nice, and I'm kind of shocked you put Slater over. But I'm not complaining. I've never not liked him. Good win for Orton against Barrett in the main event and I like the Sheamus involvement. Maybe a fatal four between Christian, Orton, Sheamus, and Barrett coming? Good show.

Monday Night Raw, July 25th, 2011 - The Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia. "Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
Without no opening package, and no pyrotechnics, we cut straight to the ring where Mr. McMahon is stood to a ton of heat from the WWE Universe. He smirks and says that last week, the WWE was shifted into another gear. He says that for months, perhaps even years now, the company has needed something special, something to take it to a whole new level, and that something has finally been found. He says that the era of John Cena is finished, and it's time to enter a new era, and that era is going to be named after this man... the theme of CM Punk hits to a very mixed reaction, but mostly boos. He struts out with a grin on his face and the WWE Championship slung casually over his shoulder. He enters the ring where he is greeted with open arms from Mr. McMahon. They share a hug and McMahon continues to speak. He says that CM Punk is the man who will lead the WWE into the next generation. CM Punk gets a microphone and tells the WWE Universe that it makes no difference whether they boo him or they cheer him, because he knows he's the best in the world, and he's the new face of the WWE. All of a sudden, they are interrupted by the theme of...
John Cena! Cena walks onto the stage to a huge pop, not looking very happy. He simply says "Why?". Mr. McMahon laughs and shakes his head before telling John Cena that over the past few weeks, CM Punk has said some things which got him thinking. He says that Punk speaks from a business perspective, and everyone knows he admires a good businessman. Punk brought some ideas to the table, and at first, he admits he was reluctant to listen, but after a while, it became clear that it's just what the WWE needs. He says that it was only moments before their match at WWE Money in the Bank that CM Punk and the WWE came to an agreement on the terms of his contract. CM Punk is not a Raw superstar, nor is he a SmackDown superstar, he is personally signed by Mr. McMahon to an exclusive contract. The crowd are in shock as John Cena says that McMahon has lost his mind, virtually handing the reigns to a man who was ready to walk out on the company just two weeks ago. McMahon says it doesn't matter what Cena has to say tonight, because he's nothing but an afterthought, a footnote. McMahon says that tonight, John Cena will be competing in a very special Main Event match that both he and CM Punk have organized for him. He tells Cena to enjoy as his theme hits. Cena takes off his hat and rubs his head as we fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
We return to Raw to see Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler at ringside. They recap what we just witnessed and say that the WWE is entering a brand new era, but both of them express their worry for their jobs, saying that Mr. McMahon seems to have "lost it".
R-Truth def. Santino Marella with Vladimir Kozlov. After a victory on WWE Superstars last Thursday over Evan Bourne, R-Truth was ready to take on another superstar, this time on Raw. Unfortunately, the Cobra couldn't help Santino tonight as his build-up towards it only allowed R-truth to catch his breath and plant him with the Shut Up! for the victory.
After the match, Vladimir Kozlov took his partner out of the ring and helped him to the back. R-Truth took a microphone and said that he saw that John Morrison was supposedly coming back next week, but he thinks it's all a conspiracy. He says that he took out John Morrison a long time ago and he doesn't expect to see him ever again. He warns John Morrison to stay at home with his Little Jimmies and avoid getting "got" by R-Truth. He says he's giving Morrison a free pass to avoid an "ass-kicking", and he suggests he takes it. R-Truth leaves and we cut to a promo package.
We see a promo package for WWE SummerSlam, airing on August 14th, 2011. It is played to the theme of 'Bright Lights, Bigger City' by Cee Lo Green. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Backstage we see the WWE Tag Team Champions, David Otunga and Michael McGillicutty talking. Otunga says he is embarrassed about losing to Santino and Kozlov last week, and that they need some momentum, especially with SummerSlam around the corner. McGillicutty says they need to find some competition if they're going to prove themselves. Suddenly, they are approached by The Uso Brothers from SmackDown to a decent pop. Jimmy Uso says that if the Tag Champs are looking for competition, they should come to SmackDown this Friday and take them on. Otunga asks them what makes them think they're even worthy of being in the same ring. Jey reminds them who their father is and says that when it's needed, they can pull it off. They surprise Otunga and McGillicutty with a Samoan chant before leaving. We then cut to ringside.
Jack Swagger def. Chris Masters. These two relatively big athletes went head-to-head, but it was the All-American American who came out on top when he hit Masters with the Gutwrench Powerbomb.
After the match, Jack Swagger celebrated his victory as we cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
Josh Mathews is backstage alongside Raw Money in the Bank winner, Alberto Del Rio to a ton of heat. He looks furious. Mathews asks him how he feels about his loss last week, but before he can even finish the question, Del Rio shouts at him in Mexican. He then says that last week, Rey Mysterio stuck his nose in business that wasn't his. He says that he never lost to Zack Ryder because Rey Mysterio should have caused the disqualification. He says he was screwed over, and tonight, he teams with The Miz to take on Mysterio and Alex Riley, and he promises to show Mysterio exactly who he is. Del Rio storms off and we cut to a promo package.
We see a promo package for WWE's Anti-Bullying Campaign featuring multiple WWE superstars and divas. We then cut backstage.
We see Rey Mysterio and Alex Riley meeting up in a corridor as the Raw theme plays. They shake hands and then start to walk down the corridor as we cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
Alberto Del Rio & The Miz def. Rey Mysterio & Alex Riley. A fantastic first hour Main Event here. Del Rio was extremely angry after last week's loss to Zack Ryder and wanted to tear Mysterio to pieces. While he didn't do that, he did get the victory when he pinned Mysterio after hitting a sickening Enziguiri to the back of the head.
Del Rio left the ring after the match, not even celebrating due to his anger. Alex Riley entered the ring to check on Rey Mysterio, but The Miz entered and planted Riley with the Skull-Crushing Finale before standing tall over him as we cut to a promo package.
A 'Did You Know?' package airs. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
We return to see the Divas Champion, Kelly Kelly backstage talking to Gail Kim and Eve. Suddenly, she is approached by Beth Phoenix to a huge pop. Kelly takes the opportunity to thank Beth for her help on SmackDown. Beth tells her it wasn't a problem, but she wants her to understand that she has her sights firmly set on the Divas Championship, and wants a match at SummerSlam. Kelly Kelly says she respects Beth, and would like nothing more than to defend her title against her. Beth smiles and then leaves as Gail Kim and Eve ask Kelly if she knows what she's doing. Kelly says she's a fighting Champion and we return to ringside.
Kofi Kingston def. Drew McIntyre via Disqualification. Kingston wasn't too happy after losing to the United States Champion, Dolph Ziggler last week, and once again, Ziggler got involved. He grabbed the foot of Kingston when he bounced off the ropes, but the referee saw it and called for the DQ.
McIntyre attacked Kingston from behind, and Dolph Ziggler entered the ring to join in the beat-down. They stomped away on Kofi, but suddenly... Drew McIntyre kicks Dolph in the gut. He then plants him with the Future Shock DDT to the crowd's astonishment. Vickie Guerrero screams as Drew McIntyre shouts at Ziggler, telling him he cost him the match. McIntyre storms off leaving the two top United States Championship competitors down. Surely this has made an impression on the Raw General Manager? We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break.
We return to see the entrance of John Cena to a huge pop, but he doesn't do none of his taunts or any of his usual entrance, just walks down to ringside looking upset. The theme of Mr. McMahon hits and he comes out alongside the WWE Champion, CM Punk to a ton of heat. He thanks John Cena for coming out, and tells him he's sure he will enjoy this Main Event. McMahon says he would like to introduce John's opponent...
John Cena def. Mark Henry. The dominant Mark Henry comes out and shares a respectful nod with Mr. McMahon and CM Punk before rushing to the ring. Cena tries his best and he fights till the end as he always does, but Mark Henry seemed to be gaining the advantage. However, in a moment of shock, John Cena revitalized, lifting Henry onto his shoulders and planting him with an Attitude Adjustment for the victory.
Cena struggles to get to his feet, having used all his energy on the match. Unfortunately for him, he turns around into CM Punk who hits him with a Go To Sleep! Punk and McMahon stand in the ring over John Cena and smirk. McMahon gets a microphone and gets in Cena's face on the canvas. He says "John... I'm afraid your time has come to an end, and for this new era to begin, you have to be terminated. So here goes... John Cena... YOU'RE..."
The theme of Stephanie McMahon hits to a huge pop as McMahon's eyes open wide with shock. Stephanie comes out and stops her father from firing John Cena. She tells him that he's gone too far with this whole "revolution". She says that he won't be firing John Cena, because as of right now, John Cena is the #1 Contender for the WWE Championship at SummerSlam. The crowd pop as Vince asks under who's order? And Stephanie says "Mine!". Vince looks angry and so does CM Punk. The crowd erupt as they see John Cena getting to his feet in the background. He spins CM Punk around and lifts him onto his shoulders before hitting him with an Attitude Adjustment. Mr. McMahon escapes ringside and tells John Cena and Stephanie McMahon that they will regret ever getting involved in this. John Cena grabs the WWE Championship and smiles with it in his hand as McMahon looks on in anger. Raw then fades to a close. © 2011 World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.
