Here's another pic I scanned a while ago from an old W.W.F. Magazine for the 3 rare Mail-Away figures of Bret "Hitman" Hart, The Undertaker and Hulk Hogan. Enjoy.

I agree, the Shawn Michaels would have been a lot better imho if he had come with the Jake Roberts pose. I never liked the reuse of Savage1.
Thanks for those scans, my favorite is the Undertaker one.

looking at the S. Michaels next to that Virgil looks like its the exact same body, also since the Hasbromaniac posted those drawings. I wonder if one of the awesome customizers on this board would make a michaels out of an old virgil just to compare the two S. Michaels side by side. ;D Just an idea.

Nice I remember seeing those ads in the magazines!
Also do you people remember the ads on the old home videos for hasbros too? They were pretty cool!

I have pretty much every WWF Hasbro advert out there...plus the commercials. I have a collection of 5 different commercials and 2 different showings at Toys R Us back in 1991 where Mean Gene showcased the stuff Hasbro was putting out. Don't forget the Doink one!

Do you have the little card advert for the first series of Hasbros? I remember when it came in the centre of the WWF magazine I ripped it out and carried around for what felt like years waiting for the figures to get released. I'd love to see that again.

I was just going to post about the same thing. It is by far the best Hasbro advert there was. A5 was the size. I have it still. The pics of the figs are very clearly the protos and they look lovely.

I remember all of those ads. The first one and the one Doink made me mark out life crazy and call the stores in my area non-stop. I actually ordered the Hogan, Bret and Taker figs, but they were sold out.
