Gotta give WWE props for giving fans really good angles to keep them hooked and watching over the summer because the summer always used to be a slow time for Wrestling But we've had CM Punk leaving, Nexus etc.
What have been your favourite Summer Angles

1998 was awesome because all Summer was Austin/McMahon/Taker/Kane/Mankind.
Then we had The Nation of Domination versus D-Generation X.

I loved the HHH-Angle-Steph love triangle storyline in 2000, the way they built it up, hell the Main Event of Summerslam 2000 for the championship w/Rock played a backseat to that whole angle.

Didn't know summer started in March... Speaking of 2002, HBK's return to the ring feud with Triple H had me hooked. That Summer Slam was one of the best! |

It was only my second year of watching wrestling, but I absolutely loved the Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels feud back in 05. Too bad their match at SummerSlam didn't live up to the hype.

One of the few people who loved the Edge/Cena and DX/McMahon fued in the summer of '06. I'll agree, Summerslam 2006 was the last PPV I watched that year and those two matches/ feuds were damn fun. Summer is great. Almost every year, you can expect things to pick up by Summerslam if they haven't already (unless it's 2007 lollollol). |

SummerSlam 2006 was awesome to attend in person. With Hogan, Flair, Sabu and DX, it was like my whole life as a wrestling fan condensed into one night. And it was my first (and perhaps only) shot to see Hogan and Sabu perform live.

WWE usually picks it up in the summer, but not with 2008 imo. I really wasn't that pleased with WWE at the time.
Diddn't like Jericho's heel turn (yet.... I just had to get used to it I guess as I love Jericho and that gimmick)
Hated Mike Adamle being the GM
CM Punk's first World Title run wasn't that interesting
Randy Orton was injured
Boring Triple H and Khali fued
