Sunset Overdrive has been getting great reviews all around, but I probably wont pick it up at the moment. I thoroughly enjoyed Dead Rising and don't feel the vigor to play a similarly styled game. I'll come back to it though.

I'll come back to it though. I'm in the same boat sort of. I have some interest in Sunset Overdrive, but at the same time I'm not sure if I would get $60 worth playing solo, as I heard its better playing Co-op. I need to watch more gameplay videos before I made a decision. I am thrilled to see its getting good reviews though. I'll have to read some and see what is said. The dashboard themes rule. It really adds to the look. Here are a few pictures I took. You can also have your backround a solid color, and use achievement art as a backround. and here I used a Titanfall achievement picture.

I'll probably get Sunset OD just to have a game on my XB1 to justify owning it.

Since I have already played those games before, I'm not in a rush to do so again. I don't get Forza because I pretty much don't like racing games.

I have some XBOX One questions, as I want to buy an XBOX One and WWE 2K15 in November.
I don't like to play with other people online, so on XBOX One, is it still like 360 where you don't have to have a GOLD membership in order to buy DLC?? Also, can you still buy DLC cards with points on them for XBOX One to purchase your DLC stuff. Because I don't always like putting a credit card on my gaming console.

You can buy DLC without having a gold membership. DLC is located in the Xbox digital marketplace store, with all of the other games. Yes you can buy any item on Xbox with points.

So far I've played about five hours of the Evolve alpha, so keep that in mind. Also, remember that this is indeed an alpha, and should not entirely influence your decision to buy the game. With that being said, here is what I think of Evolve. Evolve itself is a brilliant idea. And possibly one of the most fresh things I've seen to have come out of the FPS shooter genre. Though, with its innovation, I felt as though it was lacking in comparison to other FPS games in terms of gameplay. Each class clearly differentiates from one another, and I'd imagine that the different abilities and use of weaponry would strongly positively impact the game. Each class feels great from what I've played. The gun-play is reminiscent of that of Destiny. Which is a positive remark. The gun-play is very smooth as well as satisfying, and leaves you engaged waiting to have a chance to fire it off again. With many different weapons to unlock, I'd imagine that this aspect of the game will be even more improved. The graphics itself are acceptable, I very much liked the look of the world around you, as well as the detail in the monsters, though there were some graphical hiccups. Nothing major, but I feel as though this shouldn't influence your opinion on the game. The detail is great in just about everything, and the characters fit very well in the world, I like the art-style. The gameplay is fun. Shooting down monsters, and ensuing in a battle with a main boss monster is thrilling, and terrifyingly awesome. The game is very balanced, so that each 4 vs. 1 encounter, feels dependent on skill as well as your ability to counteract your opposition. This is where Evolve clearly shines. Each team member is useful, and working together is your only way to win. While the monster has to play very tactically as well. When playing with experienced players, the game works great, and the pinging system works perfectly. Though, with all of the positives, there is of course, a massive negative in my opinion. Everything about the game is great. Except the maps. The game feels like an intricate "chasing" simulator, as the majority of your time, will be spent simply looking for the monster. You follow your pet companion, who can identify the monster, but it takes WAY too long. It makes the game feel boring, tasteless, and that the time you spent playing, was not worth it in the slightest. It begins to get so tedious, that you stop playing entirely. Alpha Review Grade- 6.3/10 The game just gets incredibly boring in following your opponent. It's incredibly tedious, and takes up most of your time. The early game is clearly centered around the monster, which it should be, but as a group member, it's by far the worst part of the game, and the worst part of it, is that it takes up more than half of your time. Other than that, it's great. But this is a HUGE glaring issue, that unfortunately made me give such a low score. The game is very promising though, and the intellect that is required to skillfully play this game, is reminiscent of that of a MOBA.
Edit: Played with some XGN guys as well!

I just traded my PS4 for an XB1 and am very happy to make the switch back to XBox. I really like the new features that aren't available on the PS4 and once GTA comes out for Next-Gens I can oficially retire my 360.

I just love having the option to pre-order, and buy all new games directly on the system it self. Makes it so I'm not tempted to trade games in.

My nice game collection display and the horrible trade in prices keep me from trading stuff in. As a collector, I will always support physical over digital but developers get more money off digital so good for them.

I finally got an Xbox One, I bought the Assassins Creed Bundle. But I went to download Assassin Creed IV and it is taking FOREVER to download. After like 30-40 minutes, it's at 2%
Does it take that long for everyone, or is something wrong here???

Whats your normal download speed? If you mean for my computer itself, I don't know. How would I find out?? All I know is, when I had Xbox 360, everything loaded super fast. But now I have Xbox One, and loading Assassins Creed 4 is taking forever. Assassins Creed is the first game I have ever tried to load onto my Xbox One, as I just bought it, so I wondered if I should expect this for everything. UPDATE: I did just go check my Xbox One after turning it off awhile ago. I started loading Assassins Creed around 7:30 to 8:00. It's now 11:48 and it's only at 12% But it does say I can play the game now, so that's good. But DAMN! 3 hours and its at 12% Is there something I can do to improve this. On Xbox 360 it took no time to download DLC, and just a very short amount of time to download games.
