About time, it was dragging. In other news Kozlov and Santino were one of the best combos in the last few years, splitting them up and adding Santinos old partner was lame. But I really can't complain, Ryder put on a good match. and was on TV.

Would be funny if Skip Sheffield returned thinking Nexus was still going on -- same music, still wearing the armband. He keeps losing and eventually confronts ex-Nexus members for not helping him. Starts to build momentum by beating them -- Otunga, Slater, Gabriel, leading into a feud with Barrett.
Could be interesting/funny and build up a star.

its a sad day, to see it gone for good, but it lasted way to long and the new nexus was a joke. I will never forget the night when the 8 nxt rookies came to raw and destroyed everybody and everything in there sight.

While it's good it's finally dead, I will miss the good part of Nexus with the stable, armbands, theme music and half decent wrestlers in the group.
It's a shame it got such a quiet demise.

Glad these two won't be doing any further damage to the Nexus name and image. The group has just been pointless throughout 2011.
I really think McGillicutty & Otunga suck though... they should not have the Tag Team belts.

Imo nexus were dead a long time ago..
But still just because they got shitty, doesnt mean they were shitty I loved thee orignal Nexus and in a way from nexus we got the corre, and the corre made all of the members stars even slater guys haha.

Nexus died the second Wade Barrett was removed. It went downhill when Young was kicked out which led to a chain of events that led to it's eventual demise because once Young got kicked out Sheffield got hurt then Tarver. CM Punk was a good leader don't get me wrong but he already established himself and what made Nexus was that they were all new faces trying to make names for themselves where CM Punk joining was actually a step back for him because since he was already a star it slightly weakened his star power because he had to carry 3 other guys which meant sharing his spotlight with them

Good riddance, now just future endeavor Otunga and we're good to go.
Oh and.... The side banners on the tron saying "David and Michael" instead of "Otunga and McGuillicutty" makes them sound like a really, non threatening, gay couple. They need to change it.

Now if we could just get rid of the name "Michael McGuillicutty" they would be a perfect tag team.
Those 2 have so much potential, I LOVE the fact that they both use TAG TEAM moves and are really working hard to be a TAG TEAM. but McGuillicutty is just about the worst name ever for a wrestler. Right behind "Gulga"

Good. It really should have ended toward the end of last year at Survivor Series or TLC. I hated when they added new members. Nexus to me was about the first Season of NXT. Looking back it feels like ages ago since the orginal Nexus were around. I hated that they kicked out Darren Young, that's when it got crap for me.
If they ever bring the Nexus name back, it should be the originals only.

Nexus were great but poorly done, they were buried by Cena (literally) then Orton with the 'New Nexus'. Glad its gone because the two man Nexus doesn't work. I like the team and hope they don't get split, they seem to be going strong though. The Tag division needs them, despite it being dead. also... glad mcgullicutty isn't wearing that hat anymore, although don't like their theme.  |

He's got a great look and shows signs of chrisma from time to time. throwing him with bland ass McSilly and tossing them into a random tag team isn't helping either of them get over. |

It was weird not seeing the black & yellow. They need matching gear or something. This is probably not the most popular opinion, but I think they are a really good tag-team. Them still being Nexus made no sense, so I'm glad it's over with. I agree 100 % they really arent that bad. |
