Whats up Wfigs. I just got a new cat today and it plays with me and stuff but it hides alot. is there anyway I can get him to stay out in the open? I know he's new to the place but he's been here for about 5 hours. Any help please? Thanks alot- Jake

It'll take more time for him to totally adjust to being somewhere new. Also, some cats are just more timid and like to hide places for awhile. Juswt give him time and be good to him when he's out in the open.

You should feel lucky. I've had my pooch for four years now, he still hides.
He was once standing outside in June on a clear, still day. Then the wind blew. He started shaking like it was some phenomenon of horror. Another time he ran two floors up because his tail's shadow moved.
