I'm not exactly sure why, but plans to release a special Kurt Angle action figure to benefit the Wounded Warriors have been canceled. The figure was announced just a few weekends ago at Comic-Con with reps from the charity there, so obviously something happened. It's interesting to note that WWE sells a Rock shirt with proceeds going there, but I don't know that there is a connection there.

So it was announced and shown last week, and canceled this week?
Jakks is a source of more comedy than Seth MacFarlane.(Meaning it was funny at first and now it's sad and pathetic and I don't know why anyone even cares anymore.)

FFS  I was seriously looking forward to this figure. my Nephew even had Jarretts evil clique beat the snot out his current Angle so he could come back in this guise. Jesus that pisses me off no end. |

you guys are absolute bungholes selfish figure collectors only thinking about what you sould get, just in generall....... Surely be understanding as it could be a situation like the wwf/wwe name change or issues with punks pepsi/other tattoo, or beer logo's on toys. Thats what came to my mind but you are too obsessed with this "f' jakks they're selfish and dont care about our opinions, bandwaggon". i'm sure theres just a hiccup, and its not the first figure to be pulled from release, even afer shown |
