Got that last week so far just watched disc 1 It is a great set. It's just such a shame that the documentary portion is so brief, considering what it covers. Should have definitely been two hours rather than just one in my opinion.

The 50 Incidents in ECW DVD was great, but a lot of them aren’t incidents, they’re people’s reactions to things like how cool RVD was and stuff like that. Good DVD though. I miss ecw so much.

There's a pretty good chance I pick up that new Macho Man set once it comes out. Not a total 100% purchase if the buzz somehow isn't there once the match listing is released, but this seemed to be one the better sets that was rumored for this year. It being scheduled to drop a few days after my birthday doesn't hurt either. In other news, the upcoming Hardy project (expected to be a match compilation) has apparently been given the title "Twist of Fate: The Best of the Hardy Boyz", which is odd considering the 2008 2-disc Hardy release has the same name. Release set for May 1. www.wrestlingdvdnetwork.com/updates-to-wwe-2018-dvd-schedule-hardy-boyz-wrestlemania-34/149806/

It is being reported that a Shane McMahon DVD match compilation set, originally scheduled for a June 12 release in the US, has now been pulled. The set apparently has a history of getting the axe. Wrestling DVD Network is confident for now that an as-of-yet unannounced set will take the place of Shane-O-Mac's DVD. www.wrestlingdvdnetwork.com/wwe-drops-shane-mcmahon-dvd-from-2018-schedule/150654/Personally I'm not too upset by this news. Looking thru my Match List, I own a good portion of matches that would likely have made the set from Shane's original run, and own his 3 big singles matches from his current run from PPV purchases. Hope this isn't a sign of WWE scaling back, and an enticing set pops up for June.

A thought came to light to me today that perhaps a set celebrating WWE's "Women's Revolution" will be the new June release. They already have a WWE 24 special I recall, and the timing provides adequate turnaround to feature the Women's Rumble match. Also some news that will disappoint many WWE Home Video purchasers: their US distributors Warner Bros. have pulled WWE past releases out of BluRay print, meaning no more production of new copies of sets and PPV's from the WWE library. Only BR copies that currently exist in the wild will be available. This does not affect future BR releases, as sparse as they are. www.wrestlingdvdnetwork.com/trailer-best-of-nxt-2017-wwe-blu-rays-out-of-print/150761/

Just made a trip to a local Walmart that had just performed a reset of their DVD area. After looking for about 5 minutes, I couldn't locate a single WWE DVD. All staff were busy with other customers, so didn't ask any questions.
Just wondering if others had noticed this at other stores or if I simply overlooked them. Is this a thing or not a thing?
2/16 EDIT: Alright, my alarmist nature led me to overreact. The associates just hadn't set up their new area yet. False alarm.

If anybody’s selling any old pay per view DVDs (pre 2009) and doesn’t want an outrageous amount for them, DM me I might be interested.

WDN has finally confirmed the replacement for the postponed/cancelled Shane McMahon DVD that was originally scheduled to be released in June: "Then, Now, Forever: The History of WWE's Women's Division." The set will highlight the evolution of women in the company, featuring matches from various eras as well as interviews from past and present stars. This set is scheduled for a June 12 release in the US. www.wrestlingdvdnetwork.com/wwe-womens-revolution-dvd-added-to-2018-schedule/151831/
