Working on Mirko Cro Cop. Not sure if any of you are familiar with who that is but he's a retired MMA fighter and Kickboxer. He was in PRIDE, K1, Dream, and UFC.
It's coming along nicely, using the Jakks UFC figure body. I like the way he's coming out so far. Gonna wait to finish him because I've gotta buy some Mod Podge.

Okay so this may seem odd but I really want to make a Jimmy King mattel elite figure from the Ready 2 Rumble movie. 2.bp.blogspot.com/-0mkWd189FEA/VDlRaI1gmyI/AAAAAAAADW0/3H1MK95UZVc/s1600/16%2BKing%2Bentrance.gifAnyways I was thinking that I'm probably looking at the following recipe: Arms and hands - Finn Balor Torso - SGT Slaughter Chest Piece - Jerry Lawler Shirt Legs - SGT Slaughter Boots - Demolition Crush Head - NO IDEA King Booker crown, cepter & cape I can't think of an idea for a head. If anybody has any suggestions or a better piece in place of the ones I have listed please feel free to help me out. |

Doing a Custom Carlos Condit. Another MMA fighter.
Not doing any specific Trunks of his but I am doing like a hybrid of several different ones. Logos are a total bitch
Still need to get a DA Gregory Helms head to top it off.
Using only a Mike Brown Jakks UFC body. I like the way he's coming out so far. Not terrible.

But, those guys had the medium black elite boots as well. |

I'm willing to help organize a custom ppv for the SummerSlam weekend. Finished my custom Elite Wrestle Kingdom 9 Shinsuke Nakamura as far as the figure itself goes. Now I'm looking for advice on the entrance gear. Anyone know what the best way to add color to a leather jacket is? I'm trimming an Elite Undertaker coat to be a Nakamura jacket, but need to add red trim to it. Either paint or some option to add the trim other ways will work, I suppose, but suggestions are welcome.

Guys I'm sure I seen a video on torso cracking somewhere, I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help me out? I think following a video would be better than me trying to follow guidelines

I see he's going to be coming out under Mattel now, with Elite 44, but I was messing around with my Tugboat custom and am trying a new hat on him. I made him a new shirt, but it looks about the same as his old one, it just has less areas where mistakes happened, because this was the 4th attempt. Somebody suggested the original sailor hat I used didn't quite look right, so I went with something a little more straight up and down on the sides. Does it work, or should he stick with his original sailor's hat? My original Tugboat post is buried on page 3 of the custom board now, if anybody wants to see what he started with.  |
