What can I do to make basic feet go onto elite bodies?? Thanks for the help! Heat/pop or boil/pop method; though, it really depends. Some basic boots don't have a deep enough well for the peg of the leg to fit into, so there may be a space between the leg and the top of the boot. The only way to know is to do it. Heat/pop: Use a hairdryer on high heat, heat the boot around the top, where the well is. Usually takes around 45 seconds for it to become soft. Plug it into the leg peg. Boil/pop: Heat up a cup of water in the microwave (2 minutes should be more than enough); dunk the top of the boot into the water and hold for several seconds. When it becomes soft, plug it into the leg peg. LOL. Came across this just now. I'd be interested in seeing a custom of Show in this attire.

Anyone have the Toybiz AJ figure that was as big as Jakks DA's? I have it, but he wasn't as big as DAs. He was as tall as RAs, sure, but the DAs were still taller than him. RAs and DAs were also considerably thicker than him.

Here are some WIP customs may i ask what that white stuff does? i assume its primer? ill answer for him, primer allows the paint to stick to the plastic better, i did the same thing but insteas of primer i just used a cheap white paint and dry brushed it on.

So today I made my first custom in almost 7 months because I've been a Job Corps . It's a Basic Alex Shelly, I think it turned out pretty awesome if I do say so myself. I have to ask though, what is the best body for a Chris Sabin? I'd like to make the Motor City Machine Guns but I personally can't mod and next week were off for a month and I want a new project. I think I've seen someone use a first release basic Miz. Is it hard to find and what head do you think would look best for a Sabin? I was looking at a Daniel Bryan and it looks like a short hair version of him, I'm just not too sure about the skin tones. Anyway, I'll post pics of Shelly soon. Take care fellas!

Here are some WIP customs This may sound like a dumb question but I've always wondered. How come the primer doesn't cover the whole figure but rather just (what looks like) a few quick sprays?

When you apply a light layer (comparable to a snow dusting), the top layers of paint coat better. If you spray the entire figure white, you'll run into issues with articulation, and the paint will, in turn, be more easily removed, because it's sitting on layers of white paint. In short, you just want a light coat that will even things out for you a bit, to allow you to paint over darker colors smoothly.
