What do people mean when they say that the mini shirts that come with the legend or elite figures can stain the figure
How can they stain the figure
And How can I prevent that from happening

They dye from the shirts bleed into the plastic. Either don't use the clothing or if you want to use it wash it first.

hand wash with a mild detergent in cold or warm water.

I put them in the washing machine in a sock bag that we still had from when our daughter was a baby and used cold water and a mild detergent. but it's pretty much the same thing.

Well, if you do that one then don't wash them in a load with real clothes, but if you do don't do it with whites or reds.
