Here is a wild suggestion I am putting on the table even though I wouldn't buy them, but since Mattel has the WWE license, they could make a Barbie as a WWE Diva figure, for example Barbie as Maryse or Kelly Kelly.

That is a great idea and I would buy them in a heartbeat and if they did make them I would think that the first two would obviously be Kelly and maryse!! I really hope they do this!!!!!!

I dont like this idea.
Barbie's are Made for little girls, who have no idea what wrestling even is.
And besides, The diva's are already stereotyped as "Barbies".

The special edition ones are more for adult collectors. I doubt most small children know who Debbie Harry or Cyndi Lauper are either I think it's a neat idea. I'm curious about how much of a crossover audience there is.

Besides there is a guy I work with who buys the Bond Girl Barbies.

Yea they basically make barbies of anything lol They do indeed. They made a Rosie O'Donnell Barbie. If that's strange enough.

No thanks. I don't think any of the current divas the star power to warrant such a crossover, and that has nothing to do with my complete lack of interest. Kelly Kelly is arguably the most popular current diva and IMO she would look exactly like any other Barbie. Hell, her real name is Barbie. In theory this seems like a natural combination but in practice I see it failing miserably.
At toyfair they had a prototype of a Beth Pheonix doll/statue on display to guage fan interest and judging by the fact that we haven't heard any news about it all year I'm guessing there wasn't much.
