If Arkansas wins, even if Alabama wins as well, it will be mayhem in the BCS.

Yeah I hate sounding like a cocky fan or anything, but I don't see anyone beating LSU.

I wouldnt go that far...I can see Alabama handling LSU if they make it past Auburn this weekend. The first game was a tossup and the second game (if happens) will be one just as well.

So...I'm on Facebook and the local Pittsburgh Sports page just made this status. "LET'S PLAY: THINGS MORE LIKELY TO HAPPEN THAN A TINO SUNSERI GAME WINNING DRIVE:" Needless to say, the list is fabulous. Some of the highlights: - Pete Rose joining Gamblers Anonymous.
- The WNBA winning a ratings battle.
- Someone watches the WNBA.
- James Harrison being named Mister Congeniality.
- A Pittsburgh Pirates winning season.
- Brett Favre coming out of retirement.
- The Rapture.
Here's hoping that made you guys laugh as hard as it made me laugh. Haha.

Virginia Tech just slaughtered Virginia 38-0. The Hokies are making their case to challenge Bama, Okie State, and Stanford for that other Nat. Title slot. Their chances are already helped considering Bama and Stanford can't win their conference championship. I really hope the voters give them a good hard look if they beat Clemson next week. That'll avenge their only loss.

Boy, I'm really going to miss having that guaranteed victory over Kansas at the end of every season. Such a shame that the rivalry might end because Kansas is pissed at Mizzou for moving to bigger and better things.

We're losing all the great rivalries.
Another pathetic game tonight. Brantley just plain sucks, one of the worst players to ever put on the orange and blue. I cannot wait until we lose our bowl game as well. 6-7 here we come!

Wisconsin vs MSU is going to be a battle, really nervous for the Spartans. Badger offense is really, really good and MSU got lucky when they beat them last month.

Most of the ones that have the possibility to go away are ones that nobody really cares about but the fans of the teams. I mean, unless you're a Texas-Texas A&M fan...most people dont care about the game. Half of the country probably doesnt even know Pittsburgh-West Virginia is a rivalry. You'll always have your California rivalries (Between USC, Stanford, Cal and UCLA)...all your SEC rivalries will stay the same. Texas-Oklahoma are still there. Notre Dame never changes their rivalries. The only Florida school rivalry thats no longer active is Miami-Florida but its been that way since Florida took them off the schedule in '90.

Have we already forgotten the loss of Oklahoma-Nebraska? I'll let the Border War slide. It may be the longest rivalry in college football but both teams normally blow; but UT-A&M not a big rivalry? You kidding? Anytime there is pure hate involved it's a HUGE rivalry. Let's not forget Pitt-WVU has always been special in its own right. This wave is worse than the last, when VT, Canes, and BC bolted the best thing we lost was VT-WVU. Now.. we're losing the brawl, Cuse-Hoyas. (albeit it's basketball) These are some HUGE rivalries no matter what anyone says.

They've struggled this year, but that's because of the transition from Gabbert to Franklin. Its just sad to think that a 120 year old rivalry is coming to an end because one team is moving conferences.
