I was reading the Palceholders and is it true that Charles Wright aka the Godfather was to get another figure as Kama? But was it to be Kame of the Nation or Kama The Supreme Fighting Machine? Any clue? Both would have been great. I have always been a fan of his gimmicks. Mainly his Godfather gimmick was the best and his big break out. I know that everyone has done custom of him a The Godfather (with tats) The Goodfather (rtc) Kama, Kama Mustafa (NOD), etc... Same as a Tugboat figure and we only got a Typhoon and Shockmaster I also read there more PLACEHOLDERS. Any light on this? The Log is puzzled.

I would assume it would have been NOD Kama (since they'd have to redo the head/hair for the SFM Kama). At least thats the logic I was going off of when I made my Charles customs Sadly there is a huge gap here.

Wow thanks for the pics. I love your Goodfather. But you do need to make a Kame NOD to have all of his main gimmicks. Nice, I tryed to sand off Shango's paint to. It's a pain in the bark to get if off around his mouth and eyes. Any tips?

I have a NOD Kama in the works, just taking a little longer than expected. And as for the Kama in my pic, the head looks alot better than it does in the pic - it looks like somewhat whiteish on the face but it's not in person.

Wow thank you. This makes the Log happy. It's sad Jakks had to mess this up. Too bad the Legends line did not keep on with most of these figures. I know that WWE knows some of these gimmicks, but not Masked Superstar, etc.
The Classic Line is the most talked about series ever by Jakks and they end the Line and don't make RI figures no more? Not a start marketing move. Now I see why your stock is falling.
Now I recall seeing protos for some of those figures. Do any of you believe that jakks make protos for all these figures? Or atleast a drawing board idea of them?

A LOT of potentially great figures that will never been seen in the CS line. I agree, there were still some cool figures we didn't get, but think of all the cool figures we did get. A ton of them. Biggest wrestling legends action figure line up of all time. Too much negativity without appreciating all we did get. We got A LOT.

Nice Customs! Would have loved to see many of those unreleased Collectors Series figs. Anyone think Jakks will ever get a second chance at the WWE license?

Biggest wrestling legends action figure line up of all time. Too much negativity without appreciating all we did get. We got A LOT. We did, JAKKS' CS line gave us 181 personalities, 100s of gimmicks, and over 500 figures overall. I almost often wish JAKKS had resigned for another year or two simply for the purpose of the CS line. Nice Customs! Would have loved to see many of those unreleased Collectors Series figs. Anyone think Jakks will ever get a second chance at the WWE license? As much as I would love it if JAKKS picked the WWE line back up and could continue the CS line, no I don't see WWE signing back with JAKKS. I'm sure many die-hards of the LJNS and Hasbros were wishing WWE would sign back with the respective company. I just don't see it happening.

The thing is, why go with Mattel? I know they are a well known toy company. But they have proved in the past. They only care about there Barbie Line & Hot Wheels Line. That is the reason why the Masters of the Universe died off in 2002, not only the Cartoon but also the Toy Line. I have found a few unreleased Figures by Jakks. Here are a few: (((I DON'T OWN ANY OF THESE PICTURES I found them on the net just like everyone else))) Arnold Skaaland [once slated for CS 27] Sandman – CS 20 Hulk Hogan - Wrestlemania 20 box set (TRU only) LJN Orton and Batista Warlord [Powers of Pain, red paint] Shawn Michaels [WrestleMania VIII 3-pack] Sensational Sherri [WrestleMania VIII 3-pack] the Russians back in black? John Cena [Debut Attire - CS24] Better Bob Backlund 'The Ringmaster' Steve Austin [CS18] Linda McMahon [once slated for CS 24] I know these are ttl figures, but I am sure that Jakks would have just used the same head for the RA body. i did here that they were going to do a McMahon Family box set in the TTL line. Brian Pillman [Blue Trunks - CS28] Bam Bam Bigelow [Gray 'BBB' attire - CS28] Vader [CS28] Diesel - Wrestlemania 20 box set (TRU only)

His debut attire consisted of black with red trim or red with black trim (cannot remember which).
