Anyone get it yet, other than me? (looking at you OTE) I haven't listened to the whole thing yet so I can only say that my favorites on the first half at least are Raindance Maggie, Look Around, and saving the best for last, Brendan's Death Song. Factory of Faith and Ethiopia are really good too.
Opinions get.

It's really a great album, not their best IMO. But it's still good, I like Flea's blue hair & .... The Anthony porn mustache needs to go. ;D

Hell yes. I've listened through it a few times now since they first streamed it last week. I'm not going to lie, I had my concerns back when John quit a few years back. After hearing "Rain Dance Maggie" for the first time, though, a lot of them went away. However, I was still wondering how the entire album would come together compared to their past few which kept getting better and better. It's too early to tell how it will compare to the others over time, but I'm really, really liking what I hear right now.
"Look Around" sounds like something that could've come right off of Californication. Also, am I the only one who's reminded of Chris Cornell with the vocals in the verses of "Monarchy of Roses"?

I really like Brendan's Death Song and Look Around. Overall the album is great, and Josh didn't dissapoint.

Only listened to the first track on the way home from work. Bought it, planning on listening to the whole thing tomorrow morning. Looking forward to it.

I'm scared to get it. The last one was so good. How far off is it from Stadium Arcadium?

Anything that reminds you of Snow?

I'm scared to get it. The last one was so good. How far off is it from Stadium Arcadium? It's a safe distance away. The style of their music isn't too far from it, but it's different enough where you don't feel like you're listening to a bunch of b-sides from it. The biggest difference is obviously John's absence. Anything that reminds you of Snow? As far as songs that sound like it? Not really. Like I said before, the style of their music isn't too far from how it was on Stadium Arcadium, but it's the next step in their evolution. "Look Around" sounds like something that could've come right off of Californication. Also, am I the only one who's reminded of Chris Cornell with the vocals in the verses of "Monarchy of Roses"? Now that you mention it... Yeah? Oh, and it's Chili Peppers, damnit!

Just going through it a couple of times and then leaving it on shuffle. I'll do the same when I get get this album.

I am pleasantly surprised at how good this album is. Josh is awesome on it too, love his vocals on Did I Let You Know.

I'm not the biggest fan of them, but this thread made me listen to the album, well, I've listen to about half of it. I'm not huge on it, there really isn't a bad song on this, but outside of "Brendan's Death Song", there is nothing that's going to get many repeat listening too's. I'm probably already on my fourth listening of that song already.
I'll listen to the rest of the album later, I'm hoping for another amazing song.
