In the middle of the HOF from 2006 and I'm watching her induction. She was so awesome. Not just in the business, but dang her speech was so entertaining. She seemed like she was so fun. Hard to believe she passed less than 2 years after this.

I found her to be one of the more beautiful women wrestlers though she kept it hidden under the scarry sherri makeup. The 1992 outfit at summerslam was a 'before the times' type outfit and I would've like to see her along with Sunny, Sable and Terri during the begining of the diva shoot days though Sherri would've been my favorite.
She was a perfect compliment to the wrestlers she managed. She could talk for the wrestlers and get involved physically in the match. I didn't catch her AWA days but in WWF whether it was wrestling or managing she was great. There are some wrestlers who go from gimmick to gimmick and just can't get over yet remain on the roster. Sherri could go from several different storylines or wrestlers in an instant and do just as well. I was dissapointed when she left WWF though she recharged things in WCW.
I think this is all the wrestlers she managed: Buddy Rose/Doug Sommers (AWA), as Peggy Sue for Honkytonk Man, Macho King, Million Dollar Man, Shawn Michaels (WWF), Ric Flair and Harlem Heat (WCW), I may be forgetting if she and Colonel Parker were a couple if they managed Stud Stable or Harlem Heat or both.
I think she helped a lot of the wrestlers reach a higher level. They were all great atheletes and entertainers though but adding Sherri helped a lot. I think having a valent like Elizabeth or Sherri added to the Macho Man/King.
Dibiase needed as sneaky second like Virgil or Sherri to get his gimmick over just a little bit more. Shawn Michaels was the boy toy girls were supposed to go gaga over. What better way then having Sherri leaving Million bucks for Shawn. Then when Sherri got injured with the mirror and Shawn didn't care it made for a better Michaels' character.
Harlem Heat (Booker more so) was good but they weren't in the tag team title scene until Sherri came along and they stayed there for many months or years. They needed a mouthpiece to get them over. I believe Flair was in a fued with Sting over who Sherri would manage before Hogan came along. Flair and Sting had been feuding for years and there's only so many times they can feud before it gets boring, surely, but adding the Sherri question added something new.
Sherri was also kind to fans. I have a WWE managers DVD signed by Albano, Heenan, Sunny, Bearer and Sherri. All greats, all some of my favorites but what makes it more special is Sherri signed it to my name. She is what I would call someone who could get over in any era of wrestling.

I agree. Good timing on posting this as I just recently watched Royal Rumble 1991 where she tried to seduce Ultimate Warrior into giving Macho King a title shot.
Plus, Sherri looked AMAZING at SummerSlam 1992. I always thought she looked pretty good. She even looked great at Wrestlemania VII.

While Sherri was great as a manger she was also a fantastic wrestler. Her and Medusa put on some great matches together in AWA over the Women's championship.
