Ever consider going back, watching entire years?

WrestleMania 13 is a good starting point. A lot of people would say to start at KOTR 96 for the Austin 3:16 speech but that really didn't kick off until WM13 during the double turn Austin/Bret match. You'll get to see an awesome feud in Austin/Hart Foundation, the Montreal screwjob (which you've probably seen already) and the rise of Austin 3:16 from really Royal Rumble 98 onwards.

If you're going to watch the PPVs during this time as well there's a lot of matches you can skip that are just really bad and provide nothing to storyline advancement. Don't get me wrong there are a lot of good ones here too. With the attitude era you had a really great main event scene and a not so great under card that was left behind.

The only thing that is going to stop you from doing this is you. You might get burnt out really quick on these and if you do that's totally understandable.

I dont remember 97 that well but have the big 4 and all the IYH from this year.

its a pity the best of Raw volumes wont continue due to 93.94 not doing well.rumor has it though a lot of the unused 97 stuff will pop up on the new Austin DVD.heres hoping.....his feuds with The Hart Foundation and Nation were great.

I bought the entire year of Raw is War episodes from 1997 on DVD and it is so great to sit back and rewatch my childhood.

Absolutely, I've done it and continue to do it when I get the chance.

I've watched just about every Raw from 1998, including the pay-per-views and several Sunday Night Heat episodes.

I can't remember exactly when I started, but one night a few years ago I decided to watch the first Raw episode of early January 1998 and kept watching week-after-week until I grew tired of it.

I only made it a few Sunday Night Heats in before I got tired of listening to Shane McMahon's voice on commentary.

However, this past June, I skipped ahead from early January 1999 to the night after Fully Loaded in July 1999 and I've been watching ever since. I'm up to mid-November 1999 and recently watched Survivor Series '99.

I started watching SmackDown! about three episodes in once I got up to September 1999, so now I try to watch the two shows in order.

It's certainly time-consuming, but the product is entertaining for the most part and I look forward to 2000. Eventually, I'd like to go back and watch Raw from January to July 1999, as well as maybe a few other years, but for now I'll just see how long I can go before I grow tired and move on to something else.

You're all right, they are burnt DVDs, they are very good VHS quality which kind of adds to the nostalgia I think.

I do buy all the PPVs on official DVDs by the way

i got WM13-20 for this reason and always get/watch attitude era shows same boat as you but i only watch current TNA and wwe experience past month or 2 for cm punk ;D

I've been watching 2001 WWF, and right now I'm in the 2nd week of April.

It might not be everybody's favorite year, considering the inVasion and all, but it's the freshest in my memory, and I can think back to watching as a kid, and reliving it now.
