My predictions for the season:
AFC West 1. San Diego 2. Kansas City 3. Oakland 4. Denver
AFC South 1. Houston 2. Indianapolis 3. Tennessee 4. Jacksonville
AFC North 1. Baltimore 2. Pittsburgh 3. Cleveland 4. Cincinnati
AFC East 1. New England 2. New York Jets 3. Buffalo 4. Miami
NFC West 1. St Louis 2. Arizona 3. Seattle 4. San Francisco
NFC South 1. Atlanta 2. Tampa Bay 3. New Orleans 4. Carolina
NFC North 1. Green Bay 2. Detroit 3. Chicago 4. Minnesota
NFC East 1. Philadelphia 2. New York Giants 3. Washington Redskins 4. Dallas Cowboys
AFC Playoffs:
Byes: New England, San Diego Wildcard round: Pittsburgh at Houston, New York Jets at Baltimore Divisional Round: Pittsburgh at New England, Baltimore at San Diego Conference Championship: Pittsburgh at Baltimore
NFC Playoffs Byes: Green Bay, Philadelphia Wildcard Round: Tampa Bay at St. Louis, Detroit at Atlanta Divisional Round: Tampa Bay at Green Bay, Atlanta at Philadelphia Conference Championship: Atlanta at Green Bay
Super Bowl
Green Bay vs. Baltimore
I don't like to pick repeats, but I think Green Bay still has the right combination of a loaded offense, and talented playmakers on defense. I think they win their division, and I don't think anyone in the NFC has the ability to go there and beat them.I like what Atlanta is doing, but I think they are another year away from being a serious contender.

I think I oughta slap you Personal bias against the Saints put aside, I just think things start to fall apart for them a little this year. I don't like their defense at all, and they looked pathetic getting knocked around by the worst playoff team in history. I think Tampa is pretty solid too. I am probably wrong, who knows. Their passing attack will always keep them in games, but I think their defense is going to lose them a lot of games this season.

I mean, I put your ing Falcons in the SB, you could of at least put the Saints in the playoffs.

I mean, I put your ing Falcons in the SB, you could of at least put the Saints in the playoffs. Originally, I had them in. And to be honest, I wouldn't be surprised to see 3 NFC South teams in the playoffs this season. I just think Detroit is going to finally make a little noise this season, and I think a WC is a real possibility. The Saints are a better team I think, but I think the NFC South beating up on each other will cause the Saints to possibly lose out on the wildcard to a team like Detroit.

Saints are better than the Bucs, offensively and defensively. It'll come down to who has an easier schedule. I'll stand by that the NFC South is the toughest division in football.

False.
Basic mathematics would tell you that you do not need the highest scoring overall player, you need the highest scoring player over the others at his position.
The league you are in doesn't matter. All quarterbacks score the same ratio of points, thus it doesn't matter that they score more than the running backs.
In fact, quarterbacks outscore running backs in ALMOST EVERY LEAGUE. Your league, albeit a more extreme example, is not really different than the others.
-------------
I was in a league last year where Mike Vick was the top scoring player, putting up 318 points. However, on the year, SIX OTHER QUARTERBACKS scored within 20 points of him on the year.
Meanwhile, Arian Foster, despite being the 8th-highest total point scorer at 295 points, was far and away the most valuable player in the league.
Why? Because he outscored the next-highest scoring running back by 50+ points.
------------
So let's do an extreme example and imagine that you and I, alone, were re-drafting at the end of the season last year, but we only got to choose one RB and one QB. The only players available in this little draft of ours are the No. 1 overall QB, the No. 10 overall QB, the No. 1 overall RB and the No. 10 overall RB. Every other player is left out.
With the first overall pick, you select the highest scoring player in the league, Mike Vick. Remember, QB's score a lot more than RB's in this league. After you get Vick, I get to make my two picks (this is a snake draft) before you finish it off with the final pick of the draft.
Team Ralpho QB Mike Vick (No. 1 QB) - 318 points RB Rashard Mendenhall (No. 10 RB) - 205 points
Team Kliquid RB Arian Foster - 295 points QB Matt Ryan (No. 10 QB) - 262 points
Your team finished with 523 points. My team finished with 557. I win by being the smarter drafter and realizing that even though Mike Vick is the highest scoring player and SEVEN quarterbacks scored more than my running back, Arian Foster is still the most valuable player because of position scarcity.

kliquid foaming at the mouth lol I know Jesus, I forgot I was talking to Eric Karabell. I dunno why I am even debating this, I am actually thinking and doing math, I graduated grad school 4 years ago, I dont do math anymore. All "drafting" is based on skill and luck, and I would rather take the highest point getter (QB) and a particularly scarce position compared to others. Im not even disagreeing with Kliquid, but I have a better shot at proving Ron Paul has woman parts than I do proving my point with him in a debate. Anyways, I should have just said I drafted Tony Romosexual and had Kliquid rant and serenade me on why I am not totally ed with him as my QB (Truthfully, I think I am, I ing hate him)

All "drafting" is based on skill and luck, and I would rather take the highest point getter (QB) and a particularly scarce position compared to others. QB isn't scarce. That's the point. You each start 1 QB, meaning that (theoretically), you're each going to have one of the top 12 QB's. Meanwhile, at RB, (again theoretically), you're each going to have two of the top-24 RB's. Do you think the difference between the 1st and 24th RB is bigger, or the 1st and 10th QB? I can answer that question for you pretty easily... My whole point, Ralpho, is that your team is stacked because the other people drafted like morons. You will do just fine with Romo as your QB, presuming he doesn't have just a GOD AWFUL season or get hurt or something. Romo is a consensus top-6 fantasy QB this year who could realistically outscore Manning, Brady, Brees. And I'm not just saying that because he's the Cowboys' QB. You getting Jamaal Charles + Jones-Drew is a very good strategy. The only thing I might have suggested is that you take Calvin Johnson or Roddy White if they fell back to you with your second round pick, instead of Jones-Drew.
