Wow Ravens look great. I'm so glad I have Rice on my fantasy team.

DET/TB looks like the best game to watch right now, two young teams.

I've known him for almost three years and I've never heard a remotely ok thing.

I'm surprised the Eagles aren't up by multiple touchdowns right now. Our offense has played like crapsince our second drive and our defense looks tired. Hopefully things turn around after the half.

Getting up in age but still a very good D-Line. Not really. Smith, Hampton, and Keisel aren't exactly world beaters. They are just a tad above average which is where the LBs come in, and usally Pitt's LBs play great today though they aren't. Add to that the secondary isn't what it used to be and you now have trouble on defense, which is what is happening today. Pitt's scheme is really really good though and normally hides any weaknesses they have, maybe it's just because Bal is a division rival but the schemes might not be able to hide the weaknesses anymore. With all that said though, Pittsburgh will still be a top team in the AFC and at the least in playoff contention. So why LLLDB is having a stroke/heart attack is questionable to me. Whoops, I said the Steelers are good at something.

And even if they did have a bad d-line, their backers are outstanding and wouldn't allow field days for running backs. It's the first week, and Ray Rice is THAT good.

We're so lucky to be down by 7. Lions aren't playing great. Key to the second half is time of possession. If our offense can put together some long drives it rests our defense, which wouldn't be doing half bad right now if it wasn't for our offense doing nothing.

No, they won't be. If they can't beat the Ravens, they won't make the playoffs. Every season we rely on those two wins to get in. If we can't get them, might as well pack it in now, because Pittsburgh has terrible luck getting in when they have to fight for the Wild Card.

Yep, the LB corps hides the average(ish) D-Line, but today they aren't doing it. That and add to it Baltimore O-Line and RB are pretty good.

As a whole unit yeah they are good, it helps the schemes really really help make the D what it is. But if one unit is lacking then the whole unit isn't as strong. The Steelers overall defense will be high again, no doubt, but as age creeps up the ranking might drop a bit, due to less then stellar play from the D-Line. You have to take everything into account. If you have the 32nd rush defense but the 1st pass defense you'll finish somewhere near the middle of the pack, though there is a clear weakness.

You call yourself a fan when you say craplike that? I watched a team that went 2-14 last year and rooted for them every game. Either root for your team or stop watching them.
