So for some reason, I live in the pooptiest part of Philadelphia for internet. Pretty much the only internet providers available here are Verizon and Comcast. I can't go back to Comcast right now because well, I owe them money and a payment plan is not an option.
Ever since the "Hurricane", my internet has been dropping a lot. I mean right now, I have Verizon. I've had trouble with them ever since I had them. The best speed available here is 5-7 down, 0.7 up which is what I HAD. I've had a guy come out here twice to see what's wrong. Pretty much all he did the first time was replace all the equipment. Well, the second time he basically told me "I have no idea what's wrong with your internet."
I was then upgraded to a tier 2 worker, he told me that my connection is too fast because I'm too far out of the area for it. I then downgraded, now all I have is a 1.11 down and 0.60 up. That's
ing horrible. Oh and guess what? IT'S STILL GOING DOWN!
I've looked for other DSL providers, but no luck. So, now that I'm done with the rant part, let's turn this into a thread.
