Make it at Mania this year. Have a never before world champion such as Kofi or Jomo go on to Wrestlemania as royal rumble winner. Have Daniel Bryan cash in against Smack Down world champion. Have Undertaker vs. HHH 2 or vs. Kane in a mask. Have a triple threat tag team match for the titles. Jericho's return match against Alberto Del Rio. Sin Cara vs. Rey Mysterio. This could be the biggest Mania ever if done right.

If this was to happen it would be a feud that would get me to tune in more than once every other month. I have a feeling it will be the match made on Raw the night after Mania.

In the words of Kevin Nash:
BOOK IT! BOOK THE MATCH THE FANS WANT TO SEE, CM PUNK VS [Stone Cold Steve Austin]!

I love the fact that guys like Stone Cold are acknowledging just how good Punk is. I know he's been the central focal point of Raw lately, but for whatever reason, I keep feeling like no matter how well this is going, when it's all over, Punk will just be sent back to the mid-card, and that would be a grave error.
As for the match, I'd absolutely love to see it. It's an incredible parallel, and the promo work they could do together would be fantastic.

Largely because I don't think WWE knows what to do with John Cena away from the WWE title picture. I keep thinking to myself it would be way easier for them to do something else with Punk, meaning have him take a step back because he can work with anyone, than it would be for them to have Cena take a step back because he overshadows everyone he works with via booking. Maybe that is just a glass half empty point of view but when I really think about it that is the fear that I get. As for Punk vs Austin, dear God make that happen. If I get to see Punk vs Austin and Cena vs Rock live in Miami my head may explode. I will be interested to see what happens and if Cena vs Rock ends up being for the WWE title. It doesn't need to be for the WWE Title, but with those two main events I don't know that the two World Titles will have ever been more insignificant on a WM card if they involve other competitors. I think if Punk wants it and Austin wants it then it seems like a no brainer right?

Sam never forget Punk...on my worst day, and your best day...SCSA would crumble the very foundation of the SES...with all due respect... @steveaustinbsr HBO should fire you. You don't know crapabout boxing! LMAO, Their Twitter wars are great, About Austin's last match not being on his final DVD well WWE can always make a CM Punk DVD and put that match on that DVD.
