So I live in apartments well today my elite John Morrison arrived at my door cause you have to sign for him. And my Bret was placed in the big lock box you have to open with a key. Problem was the mail person forgot to leave the key !!! So hes locked inside a crappy hard plastic box and I gotta find out how to get the guy to leave the key so I can get my figure. So I called them and now they say they may have delivered it to the wrong person they may have sent it to 171** not 179** So I guess they called and told them a package arrived they did not order here is hoping

Wow that really sucks then your only option is to hope they delivered to someone else in your apartment and hopefully they are nice enough to return it to you because i know Ringside can't do anything about lost products.

They are definitely responsible if they sent it to the wrong place but i don't think they can do anything. Unless you put the wrong address on the shipping address then its your fault you should check you tracking number.

I suggest making a big deal out of it. Tell your super, the mail people, your neighbors, etc. You need to get your Bret, you paid for it!

There should be a tracking # on the shipping label that the PO scanned. So they should be able to figure out where it is. If it's not there tomorrow file a claim with them (USPS)

Damn, hopefully things work out and you get Bret somehow. Something similar happened to me, but it was with a pair of Air Jordans. Luckily I was able to pick it up at my USPS because the person was nice enough to return it to them rather than keep it.
Do what you can to make it a big deal like someone said. I'd be pissed if it happened to me again, whether it be a $40 toy or $300 shoes.

Cant ya just mask up, take a hammer and smash this Friggin box open then play it off like ya didnt later?lol idk what too do i would seriously do that if ya paid for it and wanted it bad enough and ya know its yours then just keep my mouth shut.. never know if that other person is a Wrestling fan with kids or something and would just take it.. and like these guys said RSC wont be responsible for the lost package. So many Internet scams go unsolved each year that ppl get burnt money and never get crap in return for it.. i wouldnt risk it if it was me honestly i would break in and take my package ;D but unless you didnt wanna risk that, you could wait around and call the post office and stuff and hope like hell they honestly help ya out if its still even there tomorrow, but there is soooooooooooo many liars and thieves in the world its hard too trust anything. Good luck with that though! but yeah, those are my 2 options. If i wanted it bad enough and i knew it was mine that i paid for it, and there was a chance i could get screwed outta it i would take whats mine but if not you could go the legal way about it and hope like hell they give you your package tomorrow or days from now. Should have got Delivery Confirmation on it. I think you could have Msged or Called RSC and seen about somethin like that? RSC never messed up a package of mine so idk what too say i been ordering from there for 2 years straight now starting with UFC figs then switched too mattel this year so idk check your ordering info make sure you gave them the right address then just handle it how you gotta.. if ya do option number one keep quiet and enjoy your fig lol

They will probably ask the carrier who delivered to your house, and if he says he left it at your address, and it is scanned delivered, then someone probably stole it. Unless you have it insured, I don't think USPS will refund you.
