I noticed a popular thread was "moved to the evidence room". What does that mean?

It means that the thread was moved the a board within the secret Admin Staff board. When threads are moved to there its because there might have been fighting or people talking about thing that arnt supposed to be talked about on here...ect, so its moved there so the admins can look through the thread.
