Savage vs. Steamboat always was a good match. WMIII is really where they pulled off some terrific magic in the ring. I always thought Flair vs. Savage at WMVIII was a great match as well, but not to the standard of the WMIII match between Savage and Steamboat.

My favorites may not be his "best" wrestling wise, but they are the ones that stick out in my mind when I think of him.

vs DDP in WCW around 1996/97. Don't remember the events off the top of my head sorry but they were top class.

Too bad Savage lost to the Junkyard Dog in the Finals. Has the WWE ever released a Macho Man DVD with some of these matches?

vs Hogan @ WM5.
a wonderful outing for both men.its no wonder Savage was Hogans most sucessful feud-critically and commercially.
