So after the heel turn, and after his match with The Rock at Wrestlemania, where does that leave us? I'll tell you where it leaves us... It leaves us with John Cena, WWE's current biggest and most popular star, a heel. So he would become less popular, merchandise would plummet, the PG audience would have lost their key hero, and WWE would have to start from scratch at building up another superhero to take his place. Not to mention the Nickelodeon Kids Choice awards would never be the same. Now lock this thread, and we will continue this conversation next week when some idiot posts the same rumour, again. wow, you genuinely hate this topic dont you? Would it be a bad thing for WWE to start building their next star? Sure we have Orton and Punk, but honestly are they on the same level? There really arent any credible heels to push anyone to the next level. Forgive us for wanting something other than Retorical Cena. Hes beaten everyone there is to beat, a heel turn would be a breath of fresh air. Sure this isnt 96 but did anyone think heel Hogan would sell more if not as much as he did before the turn? It could work in their favor, but it is a gamble I could understand you not thinking they would want to take. Plus, with guys like Punk and Orton doing the bad guy stuff and getting face reactions, anythings possible. Really ease up man, the guy asked for thoughts and sure there are people posting who couldnt make good conversation out of it, but not all of us who would like this to happen are idiots. |
