On people, including fans and those backstage, wanting to see her fail as she rose through the WWE ranks, Michelle says:I could care less. Wasn't she a teacher before she joined the WWE? If she was, I sure hope she didn't teach English. yeah she has her masters degree in educational leadership

Good for her.
I remember seeing thread after thread on here, bashing her for this kind of thing, a couple of years back. And damn it was annoying.
She's one of the best Divas, not just of the last decade, but ever.

I respect the hell out of Michelle McCool and think she is one of the best diva's they had in the modern era. She has earned everything she has gotten and more. But to say that backstage relationships didn't help her at all would make you just as naive as someone who says she got everything because of backstage relationships. And I'm not saying that as a bad thing, as anyone who has friends in high places gets advantages over those who don't. It's part of life. That by no means makes her undeserving. She earned her spot. Layla got just as big a push and was not with anybody.
The one thing I disagree with is that her, Layla and Vickie pitching a lot of ideas got them a lot. I highly doubt, that if Gail Kim or Rosa Mendes did that they would get anywhere.
But more power to her. I too miss Laycool.

People who say "People don't understand" a lot are really people who don't understand. ...and people who say things like that, really don't understand. I miss McCool. And people that say that are more misguided than the people they are defending
