I was at that show! Pretty awesome segment. Those figures look really awesome. I want a Mankind so bad. That's awesome man, I remember laughing my arse off at home while watching it. I bet live it was just amazing. Thanks for the compliment on my Rock and Sock, Im really happy with them both. I personally think the DM Rock is perfect now. I just wish Mattel would actually make a ManKind now that he's back in the WWE. Yeah dude, it was pretty cool. I made a giant cardboard cut out of The Brahma Bull (Rock logo) that I painted and brought to the event. So it was pretty awesome at the time to get it on TV! lol. My signage has been immortalized on WWE DVD's. haha. I was only 17 at the time. Awesome memory. I took a really cool picture of The Rock that night too. I will upload it on here some time to show you. (gotta scan it first)

I really wanna add, don't dunk your figure in boiling water, just heat a cup of water up in the microwave for a few minutes then dunk your figure in that.
The steam from the boiling water can and will loosen the other limbs on your figure if your not quick enough

Hey I recently converted from the boiling steaming water in a pot to microwaving water for 3 minutes and the results have been fantastic. The microwaved-water method is quick, clean, and works amazingly well. About the only gripe I have is that my largest mug can't hold an entire 8" figure completely - so there's lots of limb-bending going on.

Lol time to get a bigger mug. I only do half a body at a time myself, taKes a little longer but I'm sure whatever part I'm working on is warmed up to the most pliable shape it could be in when I start to work on it.

How do you get the peg through holes when doing a forearm/elbow swap? I put the peg in one side, then set the arm up, then I take a pair of needle nose pliers and squeeze the peg through the hole fully. Make sure the one side of the pliers is on the peg, and the other is covering the hole on the other side, that way it doesn't go in one side and out the other. I also suggest wrapping something around the arm so the pliers don't leave marks.

Hot water method is good, but personally like the hairdryer. I feel there is more control.

I put my water in the microwave for three minutes. And it hasn't failed me yet.

Just a idea for someone with the parts. I need the Austin jeans first. Head/torsos/Arms Any elite HBK DM Austin jeans L1 Dusty boots painted brown. Would be quite epic to see....*cough*Dean*cough* I think Dusty boots would be way too big. Plus with the Austin jeans you wouldn't be able to get the boots on anyway. However, the shoes from the Vince figure might look good.

Pop off the boot/foot part. I didnt mean the whole boot lol Didn't think of that lol. I've never done that before. That should work.

I just heat the part I'm swapping with a hairdryer for a minute or two.
