The Elite 6 CM Punk is one of my least favourite Punks so fixed him up. Removed the chest hair, repainted that awful yellow with a nice orange and added a Jakks head and now Extreme Rules 2009 CM Punk, much prefer this now.

stoptheclocks holy Chocolate Shark, that Punk is awesome! Did you use clear nail polish to remove the chest hair? I actually prefer it over the acetone. Fantastic work man. you can easily use e22 sandow You're right about this, i actually had to use the DM Flair since i had the printed trunks and boots on a custom Flair made with Terry Funk torso and legs, that's the only reason i had to do it.

Yes I used nail polish remover, acetone gives me headaches and can damage the plastic if you use too much. The only problem I had was it kept leaving a white stain which was the figures original factory sealer, took a while to get it all off.

The only problem I had was it kept leaving a white stain which was the figures original factory sealer, took a while to get it all off. Totally feel you, only thing using the nail polish is that the surface becomes a little bit smoother as the Mattel factory sealer would be removed, but that's not even noticeable if you don't touch the surface itself. Plus you can solve this problem by spraying a little bit of matte sealer on the part with the print removed. With acetone problems would be a lot worse. Here's the result of using nail polish remover, totally happy. (WM27 Rock body, i think it's more accurate for a 2003 Rock)

Re-painted the hair a bit. What do you guys think? It's battle pack AJ Lee with the elite AJ Lee's hair. ^_^ My first hair-swap.

In anticipation of the RSC Hogan coming out, I decided to pick up a Jakks Hogan '85 belt to display with him. Since the belt is unpainted, I did a quick fix up on it with some watered down black acrylic. It worked great as it kept the letters gold and the ribbon design painted black. Excited to see it with the RSC Hogan!

I'm just about done a new fix up / custom I'm working on from 1989 and I think it's easily one of my best.... Can't wait to show it, I'm just missing one piece

Can't wait to show it, I'm just missing one piece I think the Elite 34 torso would be too wide for the HOF trunks, you'd want to use a Vladimir Koslov trunks, or paint some Kane or Undertaker trunks red.

I think Koslov would be the way to go.... I'd really like to see someone else put that together to see if it's worth hunting the parts for or not lol

I'm pretty sure I have the parts. I found a hall of fame hogan on eBay without the head for 17 dollars the other day so bought it. Ive been wanting to mix and match hogans to see what I can come up with.
