Good job nivro, I just cracked easily 15 torsos and trunks in about an hour this morning for a customer. It gets easier every time man I don't think the DM torso is gonna work man What other "bulkier" torso do you think I could use? Bulldog figures arent cheap anymore so I doubt Ill be getting another one of them anytime soon Cena maybe?

Sorry, the picture I posted was a sealer, not a stripping agent. This will restore the finish, not temove it. I'll post a pic later, if you want. Was wondering about that. Sure id appreciate it "Damaged" torso: Model Masters semi-gloss clear sealer (brush-on): Cleaned up and restored:

Id like to keep it close to the same tone as possible Cause I suck at matching skintones :/ I should have kept more of the 8 or so Bulldogs I use to have

Man I don't know. Sheik? Bulldog is a great option though ... What torsos did mase use? I know he used the e34 torso which I thought would be perfect but the legs seemed too small.... And he used another torso too
I feel like maybe e34 torso with honky tonk legs might work well but every time u swap, it changes height ... I have honky legs but don't have an e34 torso to try it on
I know u said your bulldog torsos wrapper, can u take a pic anyways of what it looks like on the hogan legs with the head? If you stretched the torso by cracking, it's possible it can still be fixed. Pm me if you want

I would have to try to match Hogan's skin tone though and I suck balls at that.... Here's what I have for Hogan so far... With the shirt on it doesnt look that bad. I can trim the peg and lower the head a little and it would cover up any flaws. Without the shirt I think the torso looks fine, (Slimmer but not too slim). IMO the head sits too high but thats an easy fix. My problem is when the torso was originally split by someone else, I guess they worked the neck and stretched it out. I can put glue on it and squeeze the neck together but then the torso comes apart at the seams around the mid section and vice versa...

So I was thinking about doing an arm switch on my DM Sting because I just think the arms are WAY too big. The triceps are so big it's ridiculous. I was thinking about taking the arms from an extra Elite 30 Hawk figure, however, when I removed the hand from Hawk and attempted to replace it with a black hand, I noticed that the peg for the black hand is much smaller than the peg hole in the Hawk arm, which caused the hand to rattle around. The hole in the Hawk arm is much larger than most Mattel figures, to my knowledge. So my question is, are there any figures that come with black hands that have a thick enough peg to fit into an Elite 30 Hawk arm without causing it to rattle? Thanks. You can stuff a very small amount of napkin or paper towel in there to help. You can coat the pegs with Pledge with Future polish to thicken it up abit. The arms on my Sting on the previous page are from the BAF Bret with Halloween Rey hands and they were loose until the plastic cooled from swapping. Maybe Bret's forearms are smaller?

That torso looks great , you could kind of reshape the torso by soaking it in hot water and then stretching the neck lightly by using pliers, put a towel between the figure and the pliers or it will leave marks in the plastic, also check inside the torso in the seams to make sure there's no plastic keeping it from coming together nicely, if there is, then carve it off with a sharp knife. If you can't bend the neck then if careful, you could cut the shoulder seam smaller so the neck fits better . It's hard to explain but it's definetly possible to salvage

Ah finally, someone show pics of bulldog body on hof hogan.. Nivro™ colour's a bit off? Just a tad bit. Its really not too noticeable with the head but you can tell on the arms. Id put Bulldog arms back on him if I use that torso. The shirt would clover up the skin tone difference from head to torso. @zombieapocalypse I sanded down some parts on the inside of the torso to make sure nothing was snagging but didnt help. I might fiddle with it more. I might just glue it together and then use some scuplty over on the side and let the tshirt hide it.

Neekotronus that euro belt looks awesome. What kind of paint did you use? I made a few colored straps in the past but I tried to replicate the process and the paint keeps cracking on me.

WrestleMania 13 Undertaker. Still need to paint the hair on this one. It needs to have at least some brown in it. Vince's hair needs to be painted too, and I'm not 100% satified with the height. Seems a bit short to me, but maybe its because he's beside Taker. Also, Vince is completely inspired by another users work on here. If its yours, I'm not trying to steal your idea and claim it as my own....just can't remember who did it originally. Not a problem brother thats why we're here And yea, Vince is a bit shorter than i would like too, but i originally had the head on a COO Triple H body and he was way too tall. If you figure out a way to make him somewhere in between let me know

DudeAbides: Thanks. I couldn't remember who I had gotten the idea from. I just remebered him standing in front of the Corporation. Well I think the head sits pretty good so I don't think the cotton trick would work. I wonder if there is some different feet we could switch his to. That's how I fixed the height of the short Dean Ambrose basic. I used HBKs feet since I was turning it into a SummerSlam 2002 HBK fixup. Also, big thanks to @vadertime: for the BAF Kane torso to make my Vince complete.
