I still don't own an official elite Warrior, so I gave this idea a try! Skin tone on the head is obviously darker than the body but I can live with that! I just need to find a fig with more ripped legs in the Cena skin tone.
The next Warrior I have planned will make use of a Ryback body (when I find a spare!)

I need to get some shoe polish to make his skin darker, buy his tattoos from Dean, and paint the wrist tape. I'm unhappy about his height, but until I get some more parts I can live with it.

Unfortunately, I had to cut off the lower legs and glue the boots on. However, I'm happy with the outcome regardless of loosing that point of articulation. Since this photo was taken, I've painted the holes in the jeans and painted the socks. All that's left is to paint the facial hair and add the tattoos from Dean.

I have to agree with MrPerfect here. JBL wasn't nearly as fat as the Hacksaw torso. I feel the best torso for him is Austin's.

Actually smash is bigger than what they use for HTM. They used volkoff for HTM. Still looks good though dean

I believe Smash, Ax, Duggan, Volkoff, Honky Tonk Man, etc. were all the same. The only different ones were Steele, Mankind and Cactus who were slightly smaller/less defined.

The torso choice on JBL has been an issue, and will probably be an issue forever. He's one of the ones where none of the current choices are perfect, as he is somewhere in between all of them.

Barrett - too thin and lean
Austin - too built (for JBL era. I think it works for Bradshaw)
Duggan - too wide in the waistline
Funk - too small overall
Kane - Might be the best choice, but cannot use with standard crotch piece

Its the same issue we have with guys like Arn, Honky Tonk, etc. People will use different torsos based on their personal preference. When you compare JBLs physique to the real life counterparts of Barrett, Austin/Bulldog, Duggan, Funk or Kane obviously none of them are even close.

I'll stand behind Dean's choice on the Duggan torso. I think it differentiates JBL's look from others within the era. When displaying JBL next to his common rivals like Eddie, Rey, and Cena, he was not only obviously bigger, but softer overall than all of them, something that if better defined with the Duggan torso than options like Austin, Barrett or Funk.

I like Austin torso for JBL because I interpret the beefy chest as the loose skin/man boobage left over after he lost weight.

JBL had love handles but he didn't have the girth. Plus, I'm not a fan of the chest on the Duggan torso since it looks more like C-3PO's than a human's.
