Maybe my memory is hazey but I recall Jeff Jarrett's USWA run was more like patterend tights in all different colours with different coloured trunks over them and tall white or yellow boots: I hardly remember Jeff in just trunks although I'm sure a quick google search would reveal reference pics like that. And off-topic, anyone remember Bret Hart as the Genie from Alladin?:

Before this video, the earliest Jarrett match i'd seen was on an episode of AWA on ESPN Classic. WHere he faced Cactus Jack Foley. He had tights on in that match

Bandalero So true! WTH is that Jarrett LOTR figure based off of? I think they had to go obscure Memphis attire bc the USWA attire is kinda walking a thin line on Double J New Generation WWF attire and Jakks didnt want to deal with any legalities with that.

So I bought a R3 Kane Off eBay off a head swap with the RSC Kane. The head sits much too high on the peg, any ideas how to mod the head to fit the Mattel Peg? (Don't want to buy a dremel)

OR...Jakks does what they always do, at least towards the end of their WWE license and simply looked over at their limited bin of parts, saw some red trunks and thought - "Hey let's slap on a balloon head Jarret headsculpt with short hair even though his early years had longer hair on this generic red trunks body and call it a Legend of the Ring!"

(Don't want to buy a dremel) You could theoretically cut and carve with a knife, but I'd suggest getting a Dremel, honestly. I was pretty wary of it at first, but a cheap on is only about $25 at Walmart, and it comes in really handy for any project that involves cutting, carving, sanding, etc., not just for customizing action figures.

NikeGuy, dremel is the easiest way possible. I bought one from Walmart for $20. It was the cheapest one but works perfectly for figures and situations like this. I think the only other way to lower the head would be to shave down the neck but that would ruin the figure and lose the neck peg.

Or does it need to be charged? Also what brand is it? I'll be going to Walmart later to get one.

NikeGuy, it's a minimite and it's a chargeable battery. They do have a plug in too. It's in the hardware department. It comes with several accessories too. I'm trying to upload a picture of it but my photobucket is unavailable due to maintenance. It's worth the $20

It's hard to tell you my thoughts when all you've done is assembled parts. My only thought is that his head is too big. The rest seems fine though I don't really remember him being that ripped.

I can't stop laughing about that Bobblehead.
The head really is completely out of scale and Double J is more of a Terry Funk body guy.
