Haku is great! I love you setup too, very colorful. Brings back those memories. Here's two I did for Ebay. Classic 80s Wrestlemania III Hogan. Kurt Angle. Hogan looks great! Did u do full skin tone repaint? Is that demolition calves? The calves look more apropriate for the tall boots.. usually people uses calves meant for small boots to make hogan the correct height.

pjm286, if it weren't for the fact that I know what head that is from, I'd think that was a legitimate Hogan toy. Great Job. I also like that you cut down Angle's knee pads.

Love that hogan. The legs look perfect, I would like to see it with less defined arms... Brock or cenas. but it looks very good. The sheik torso is perfect for hogan pre Wcw

Anyway i've been toying with the idea of rey's torso for road dogg. I think the crotch piece (rey's) and neck make him shorter. And the armpit cannot be closed properly (?) (the arms cant be close to the body)

Wanting to make a Kenny Dykstra elite custom, thinking one of the Dolph Ziggler elites would be a start for his attire. Any other advice/tips? have his head ready. Ziggler has the weird tan skin tone so it won't really match Kenny Dykstra's Jakks figures.

Seriously clean work on that Hogan! I'm liking that E24 torso on Road Dogg, also. I don't know why but I find myself hating those rubber shirts more and more even after using them in past customs, I think I'm just partial to how Jakks gave us so many molded shirts and I love me with the Elite style articulation.

Hey guys, how easy is it to swap legs between basics? Is it just a boil and pop deal or is there more to it than that?

That Hogan looks great. If you gave him Brock's arms he would be perfect.

Sabu custom formula? Thinking Terry Funk body, CS head, cs turban, and CS pants. I also have CS Sabu coming in the mail.

I would think a Sin Cara torso would word better, and the skin tone would be more accurate. Though, I don't actually know how it compares to the CS head.

I think a Funk body would work well, just would need to be painted and scarred. I have my second Elite Sabu that I'll be posting in the next couple of days with some heavily modded parts and full custom tones, I used the Toybiz TNA Sabu head. It worked great, has an incredible likeness and expression, just needed to be heavily modded to fit the Mattel neck. He will be up in the next couple of days, along with a new Razor Ramon.

Looking forward to seeing that Sabu! I tried one with the RA/CS head, which is a good looking head but for my taste it's just way too large for any mattel bodies. Maybe I should track down a TNA toybiz head....

Thanks man, I like to think I improve each time I make a wrestler for the second time around, and I think I've done that this time. I used much more appropriate parts, even created a few accessories for him to add to my small but growing ECW Elite collection. In all honesty bro, that Toybiz Sabu head was a huge pain in the ass to modify but I am telling you it is the absolute BEST option if you're customizing a Sabu in Mattel form due to its size and overall look.

This is the one i made using a Legends Hawk body. It may look slightly beefier than he should be but it also helps with the head size. You can't even tell its a Jakks head and the skin tone matches.
