To complete a full basic ECW custom set you are looking at at least 300 dollars. To complete an elite set, its going to be at least 700 dollars. Those prices do not even include time and paint Honestly, if I were you and I wanted just the ECW roster, I would just spend my money on the RA's since they made almost everyone from ECW and spend my extra money on creating a ECW arena. But I have nothing against anyone trying to make customs but you are really making the same figure over with the same articulation from what you already have shown. So to me it is a complete waste of money to remake a RA into a basic.

Repainting heads, changing hair, sculpting the little details but nothing huge

Mattel's are more accurate then Jakks and Jakks only made the big names and a couple others who worked for WWECW

I was planning using that head for a Little Guido, since the Nunzio head would be too big for how skinny he is.

I play with my figures a bit too, and I've noticed Mattel's move better. Sure, I can only think of 10 wrestlers on my list Jakks didn't make, and it'd be easier to make Jakks customs, but I'd prefer Mattel. I'm completely uninterested in Eastern Championship Wrestling.

This is like the only Tanaka figure ever made, would the head work if I were to use some Hydrospan?

Here is my complete (cept for a few) ECW customs formula list. 
Sandman

ECW: Defining Moments SCSA everything with the white Budweiser T-shirt and RA head. Tattoo is optional. Paint the hair brown if you're going for a really retro Sandman

WWECW: Dean Ambrose elite with custom T-shirt and gloveless hands. Use RA head and paint tattoos.


Shane Douglas

Early ECW: Texas Tornado everything, OSFTM hand, change one arm with a wrist tape arm. Optional: Change one hand to the Live Event cena hand

Tights: Brian Pillman with Texas Tornado torso, boots, and tassles. Keep the OSFTM head. Switch one arm with a wrist tape arm. Live event cena hand is optional.


Terry Funk

ECW: Volkoff torso, CS Head, wrist tape arms.

Jeans: WM Stone Cold with CS or Legends Head, custom shirt


Sabu

Sin Cara with ADR arms, white boots, CS Head and pants. Paint wrist tape, a wrist band, and scars on it.


Mikey Whipwreck

Early ECW: Fandango with a custom shirt and the first RA Rob Conway head with slightly modded hair.

Later ECW (Teaming with Tajiri): Referee HBK with modded Brian Pillman head (someone made a custom like this before, just search for it)


Mike Awesome

ECW: RSC Brock Lesnar/Basic flashback Lesnar with either the OSFTM head, or a Brutus Beefcake head.

That 70s Guy (Why?): SCSA Jeans, Brock Lesnar torso, custom purple shirt with Brutus Beefcake head.

FMW: Same as ECW only add an elbow pad and some face paint


Raven

ECW Option 1: CM Punk with later cena lower body, deans decals, any of his heads, and wrist tape arms. Custom shirt

ECW Option 2: Everything I said before except no torso cracking and just using the Cena torso. While inaccurate it'll make certain heads fit better

ECW Option 3 (Always in entrance gear): Seth Rollins elite top with cena lower body, switch the arms out for BAF Michael Cole, and give him the TTL Jacket or the TTL Bischoff jacket. Chargrove made one that looks like this.

ECW: Finlay/SGT Slaughter upper body, arms, and crotch, Terry Funk calves, Ryback legs, TTL head

Commentator: Any suit body with painted hands and the TTL head

Daniel Bryan (maybe, not sure) with regular boot calves, and MAYBE, just Maybe, the Masato Tanaka little big heads scan heavily modified with hydrospan

ECW: Big E with RA head and Brock arms

WWE: The exact same only paint the design differently
