On another note, the Coyotes are manhandling the Blues right now. Haha.

Blues need to get their head out of their ass before the playoffs. They've been playing like crapthese past few games.

Yeah, that game wasn't the greatest game for the Blues. However, this Blackhawks/Red Wings game is a pretty damn good game. Haha.

I guess the Caps and Rangers are playing Game 1 of the Quarterfinals now.
Already have the Playoff logos painted on the ice.

Well that was one heck of a game. It's a shame that Flower didn't get that franchise record, but the Pens beating the Flyers at home for the first time in two years, and for what I think is only the second time in general in three years...good stuff. Haha.

This year was disappointing but it was a perfect way to end. Stammer gets 60, Purcell gets a hat trick, Roloson goes out on top, JT Brown gets his first NHL point, and most importantly; WE WIN!

One point and the Nucks win the Presidents Trophy. Not the trophy I want, but damn it'd be nice.

I've never loved the Canucks as much as I do right now. Now I don't have to listen to Rangers fans all year long talk about winning the President's Trophy. Now as long as they don't win the Stanley Cup...

Well no shit, but home ice advantage is still nice.

And Ryan, there's no way the Pens make it all of the way. Even if they somehow manage to win the series against the Flyers, they'll be so beat down from that series that whoever they face in the second round will run right through them. Haha.

Really? You think the Sharks will beat the Blues? I mean, the Sharks are a respectable team for sure, but they're very much past the time that people would have expected them to do anything (2006-2009), and really, they're not even the best team in their division anymore. The Coyotes are. Granted that's because Mike Smith is absolutely amazing, but still. There's that, and the fact that despite this little skid the Blues have been on, they were stellar most of this year. I'm just curious as to what your reasoning is for that pick. Haha.

I find the Sharks much more battle ready than the Blues. We'll see. San Jose should have had a better season, whereas the Blues really were a surprise hit this year. Sometimes, things just catch up in the playoffs. They're just much tougher in size, and that's a big factor in playoff hockey.

Pretty good finish for the Canucks this year, hope they win it all and my boy Booth scored an absolute beauty last night.

Definitely did NOT want to face the Capitals first round, the Bruins always seem to have trouble with them. Already have tickets to game 2 Saturday afternoon, should be a fun time.
