Huzzah for the Panthers win. I like that they're doing alright. I'm 3-0 on my predictions today but the Kings are playing like ass so far.

Jonathan Quick is absolutely phenomenal. What an awesome game. I can't believe Canucks were complaining that there should've been an icing at the end of the game. Like they could do anything with .4 seconds off a faceoff. Give me a break.

I think it was a disgrace with what happened, and I do not support this team if they continue to do this, but come on, they are not consistently this rediculous. This team is not the classless, original Broadstreet Bullies, the Habs or filled with Todd Bertuzzis and PK Subbans. 1 game, where they couldn't take the frustration and snapped, and they view the whole organization as savages, please. get a grip. If it weren't forr Mario lobbying for better rules and officiating, we'd still be in the clutch-grab era. It won't be like this in game 4 or any others, if they could somehow win. |

As a captain, I would expect him to be a little more sincere about his teammates behavior. Nope, he tries to play the "the other team is doing it" card. Not in the game 3 that I watched. For a several seasons I've had to listen Pens fans go on about how the Flyers are a bunch of goons, thugs, etc. It's great to have the shoe on the other foot this time. *deep exhale* |

Funny how the Flames haven't been relevant for the latter part of the decade. I'm enjoying watching the Panthers and Flyers play, man those two teams play with a lot of heart. I hope the Pens get swept, this series has really been an ugly way to show all of their negative qualities.

Shanahan is a stupid son of a bitch, and this doesn't even stem from Shaw getting 3. Weber gets a fine after doing his best impression of trying to slam Zetterberg's head into a turnbuckle (I don't even like Detroit and I thought that was bogus). Carkner REPEATEDLY PUNCHES a man WHO WAS NEVER WILLING TO FIGHT, did the SAME action in a prior game, AND CAUSED INJURY IN THAT PRIOR SAME ALTERCATION. So he has history, with the exact same penalty and gets one game. THEN when you add in the fact Andrew Shaw hasn't even played 40 games yet, meaning he has no history AND the fact that Smith popped right the  up after Shaw got kicked out, not to mention played on the rest of the game, making tremendous saves he gets THREE? Brendan Shanahan needs to lose his job for his consistently inconsistent rulings. |
