Man, ever notice how whiny the Legends collectors are? Wait, if you come on here regularly then of course you do. Wah, boo-hoo, the new Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels are basics, waaaah. I want my legends, and I want elites, and I want I want I want! How about stop being selfish and realize that there are in fact basic collectors, too, and they might want to have nice figure assortments, as well. You complain non-stop, but then act like the basic collectors have nothing to whine about. Try this: New pay-per-view heritage set comes out and has no figures prior to 2000, and more than likely has some if not all of the usual suspects like Orton, Cena, Triple-H and Rey Mysterio, and they don't sell and clog the shelves for months so that waves like basic 5, 8, and 10 get little to no distribution in the area. Now, we have Heritage series that acknowledge that a "Heritage" includes everything, not just stuff from Ruthless aggression era on, and will probably sell through much better, and has just made a whole lot of basic collectors very happy. But you just keep on being grumpy even though your line isn't cancelled. I feel for you, I honestly do, anytime a toy line I like becomes stale it kills my impetus, and eventually my collecting of that line. If this has happened to you, then I am truly sorry, but being sour grapes about it isn't going to change the fact that Mattel wasn't doing well at retail with the line and thats just that. Cheer up, we have only seen two flashback figures so far, if six or so waves come out next year of elites and they all have flashbacks, then that's 12 figures right there, and you never know but they might all be awesome. Think more positively, it's action figures, have fun, or find something else that is fun, that whole attitude is why I'm here today with over 100 WWE toys instead of an unhappy DCUC collector.

Very nice pics. I'll definitely get the Mason Ryan/ Orton 2 pack and sell the Orton. I have to get that Goldust it's awesome and I'm a big fan of Dustin anyways. Still wish we'd get a "Natural" Dustin Rhodes figure. Good too see Legends in the Heritage Series may get that HBK.
good looks so far, I hope we see more.

Well said. It's good to see that Mattel is making legends figures for both, elite in basic collectors. Now, I want my Masked Kane in basic style.

Why is it that those members who want to defend all of Mattel's actions and insist that the the company can't possibly do anything wrong, and that we're the sinners for pointing out their mistakes... ...never use bloody PARAGRAPHS when they are posting?

Now, we have Heritage series that acknowledge that a "Heritage" includes everything, not just stuff from Ruthless aggression era on, and will probably sell through much better If old guys from old eras were what sells, the Legends line would still be happening. I wouldn't be so sure that '88 Bret and '95 Shawn are going to fly off shelves faster than the latest John Cena.

Yeah, the thing I've noticed with the rubber shirts is that, like in the case with Orton, it makes the guy looks like he's completely jacked and wearing football pads. His upper body seriously looks gigantic, haha. The plastic on the Rey shirt looks all right because it's not completely molded to his body. Mark Orton's shirts are usually pretty tight-fitting to make him look more jacked, though. I'm interested in seeing how they do a Cena shirt in this style, because his fabric shirts on previous elites have been nowhere near baggy enough for how he wears them.

Want Ryan but dont really need another Orton anytime soon, probably sell him.. Slater/Gabriel look good but i also like the Elite Gabriel so dunno which i want! If the 2-pack comes with tag belts i think that will persuade me lol. HBK's hair is a let down again but the attire is to good to pass on.

I'm primarily a Basic guy and this is heaven for me. I would love a Basic Goldust circa 1997 when he had his greenish attire.

It's be nice to do a Goldust pack much like Reys pack with different attires. LIke debut attire, then some of the attires he had when luna was managing him. Those were hillarious, definitely when he was stripped down to his teddy. The green attire was neat and they could probably do about 6 figures with this and make it a Matty exclusive because I'm not sure how quick this would fly off the shelves. I'd say Dustin Rhodes, Debut attire with wig, one o f the 2 Green outfits he wore with Luna, Baby outfit, half face/half paint, NWO Goldust, and recent would all work well

Love that RR Heritage HBK! Also, can't wait for E12 to hit retail, because I really love that Daniel Bryan.

Gutted that Mason Ryan isn't a Nexus one, looks like I'll have to get a spare armband from Punk or Wade Barrett because that's the only way to finish the New Nexus.
