Inspired by the spice/hot food threads here, and my own take on Epic Meal Time, I present to you the Upside Down Nachos Bacon Dogs
The Supplies: Doritos (or any nachos), shredded cheese, hot dog buns, pepperonis, bun length hot dogs, hot dog buns, taco hot sauce (would use fire sauce, but Taco Bell only gives it in packets, and I haven't been to Taco Bell in a long time), nacho cheese, jalapenos (mine are pre diced and were frozen, whatchu know about having a garden?!), and bacon
Preheat your oven at 425. While it's doing this, start prepping. Cut a slit in your hot dogs, like so. Not in half. Just a slit, so it'll breath. Otherwise, it'll explode.
Wrap that raw bacon around your slit weiner. Place them on a broiler pan like so. Baking sheets will NOT work, because the bacon grease needs somewhere to go.
Arrange your bacon dogs like so. Ignore extra bacon. If I'm dirtying up a pan anyways, I'm making extra bacon for tomorrow.
While my bacon dogs baked (25 minutes, or until bacon is crisp), I made my dog dinner. Watchu know about next level doggie dishes?
Know what that sizzlin' sound is? That's the sound of sex!

Them bacon dogs stuffed between buns.
More meat, more better. My favorite way to top my nachos off are with pepperonis, so those go on the bottom layer of my upside down nachos
Jalapenos, bringin' the spice!
And that hot sauce. Bringin' the spice and the flavor!

And nachos.
