I would say starting with Basic 9 and PPV6 RRH, Target has had a problem with the basic styled figures price not being on file. The prices never ring up, therefore bad inventory counts, and weeks of 0 to 3 figures at each store.

Mattel has no control on how a store should operate their inventory.

You're definitely right. But Target isn't going to listen to me, lol. I'm just hoping one of the Mattel guys will see this and get the info to the right person.
